CANCELLATION POLICY:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges, MINUS PROCESSING FEES, will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges, MINUS PROCESSING FEES, will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Zero percent (0.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 0 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 0 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Naples Holiday Getaway

Had a great time getting some rest and relaxation at this home in Naples. Just as shown in photos. Inside and outside areas were both inviting and relaxing. Great location, near beach and dinning options. Would definitely return.

5 star experience!

This house and location were perfect for my husband & me and our adult daughter and her husband. A clean and nice home with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Would also work if you had two kids/teens as well as the third bedroom is bunk beds. The pool lanai area was fantastic! Location was outstanding as well. Angie thought of all the amenities and was a great communicator. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything you need for a great vacation!

The house is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. My wife and I rented the house while we were in the area for a conference. Thus, we did not get to use all of the wonderful things included in the house. We used the pool and hot tub which were amazing. Also in the house were games, bikes to get to beach, video games, and everything you should need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Communication with the host was excellent, quick to respond to any questions and had great details within the house of useful information.

What an amazing vacation place

What an amazing vacation place! We truly enjoyed everything there, especially the pool and spa. It's close to the beach where we went to watch the waves and see the sunset. Angie and Brian really know how to make it a "first class vacation home". Looking forward to coming again soon.

Superschönes Haus mit tollem Pool und sehr liebe Gastgeber

Wir verbrachten 6 Tage in diesem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus in Naples. Eine der schönsten Poollandschaften die wir je hatten. Wollte gar nicht so viele Ausflüge machen. Lage ist top, riesen Walmart 3 Minuten entfernt und am Delnor Wiggins Strand, der übrigens wunderschön ist, ist man auch in 5 Minuten. Zudem liegt im Haus ein Parkausweis bereit mit dem man für die State Parks keinen Eintritt zahlt. Angie ist ein ganz toller Gastgeber und jederzeit sofort erreichbar. Mails wurden meist innerhalb von 10 Minuten beantwortet. Sollten wir mal wieder in Naples sein, werden wir bestimmt wieder buchen. Liebe Grüße Oliver We spent 6 days in this very lovingly furnished house in Naples. One of the most beautiful pool areas we have ever had. Didn't want to go on so many trips. Location is great, huge Walmart 3 minutes away and Delnor Wiggins Beach, which is beautiful by the way, is also 5 minutes away. There is also a parking permit available in the house with which you do not have to pay admission to the state parks. Angie is a really great host and can be reached immediately at any time. Emails were usually answered within 10 minutes. If we are in Naples again, we will definitely book again. Kind regards, Oliver

Spectacular stay!

What a beautiful home! Perfectly located, large and spacious with a gorgeous pool and hot tub. Everything about our stay was perfect! The host is very responsive and they provided everything needed for a perfect vacation! Hope to return!

Amazing property…Amazing Hosts

Brian and Angie have a very special piece of property. First I would just like to thank them for there amazing fast responses to any of our correspondence…At this point we consider ourselves pretty good at the VRBO thing…my wife and I have stayed at a decent amount of properties scattered around Florida as we search for our final living space. Brian and Angie do everything correctly. Communication is key and they are masterful at it…not only with their quick and professional responses to emails… but with the wonderful instructions dotted around the house so you know how everything works and where everything goes when you are finished using them. They truly have thought of everything. The house is well equipped with everything you need for your South Florida family Beach vacation experience… and I mean everything…did I say the word everything? The home was super clean…everything worked as it should… and my wife and I were very comfortable there like it was our own home…We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Naples Florida!!! Five Stars plus

Great place for a family getaway!

Loved the house, pool was awesome! My brother, sister-in-law and I stayed with kids ranging from 1 to 14. They loved it. The beach was so close and the house had amazing beach supplies! Def would book again.

Home away from home

We have vacationed here twice now because we absolutely love it! The pool is the perfect size and temperature and the property is immaculately clean. Angie is an amazing host and has thought of everything down to the smallest detail. Highly recommend!

Slice of paradise!

The house is a slice of paradise! It has a private pool area with spa. All the amenities you would expect. Kichen is fully stocked with everything you need including spices. Bedrooms have extra pillows blankets baby monitors. The garage has bikes and all the beach gear you need. It has fast wifi 200/20mb at its slowest. It even has a printer if you need that as well. The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival. You can tell this is a privately owned property and it shows in how the take care of the place.

Relaxing, rejuvenating and reliable

What a wonderful place to stay and unwind. Angie and Brian have made their gorgeous vacation home welcoming and equipped for every activity imaginable. We appreciate the location, the state park pass, the pool, the amenities in the kitchen and baths. We are thrilled to be repeat visitors and look forward to this oasis in the sunshine and happy times of Naples. We walk to Mercato for dining, shopping and entertainment, we visit Delver Wiggins State Park for beach walks and sunset picnics. We have a convenient location to visit friends and family in SWFL. The kitchen is fully stocked for making meals and the pool/lanai is for relaxing from hectic lives. Angie and Brian have the gift of hospitality and it shows in every detail. Bravo.

Lovely home

We had an amazing time on our first trip to Naples thanks to this wonderful home. It was super clean and stocked with everything you can think of. We have stayed at a number of VRBOs and have never been at one that is so well labeled and full of information about the house and surrounding areas. Pool and hot tub were amazing! Just a short 1.5 mile walk to the beach and if you don’t like to walk, they have a parking pass for the lots right by the beach as well. They are stocked with anything you might need during your stay: coolers, beach toys, a wagon, boogie boards, sand toys, bikes, etc, etc. Also one of the nicest washer and dryers we’ve ever experienced in a rental. Angie was amazing with answering questions - very quick response. We’d definitely rent this house again.

The best.

Everything was absolutely excellent. We had the BEST week. The owners were excellent communicators and thought of alll things needed to insure an incredible experience at their home. 5 stars and then some!! Pool was amazing. House was beautiful. Excellent.

Vacation home

This place was amazing! We had cool nights and were able to enjoy a warm hot tub! The home has everything you need! If we were to go back I would definitely stay at this place again!

Great place to spend time

We spent a great Thanksgiving week at this home. The house was clean and well outfitted. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the weather we had that week. The beach is about a mile away so it is walkable and they have everything in the garage. The laundry and air filters are a great addition. We will be staying. there again.

Perfect for Families with Kids!

We had such a fun time during our stay in Naples! There was so much to do all within a short drive from the house and it was so nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood in the evenings. The house had everything we needed - plus more - for all of our adventures, and the pool was a major highlight for our kids. Would definitely stay again!

As a family of six (2 girls + 2 dogs), we have found our best memories are on vacation, taking the time away from our busy lives to enjoy the gift of time together.

After visiting many places, we found Naples to be a slice of heaven for all of us! It has been a true blessing for this dream of owning a vacation home to come true. Our hope is for many others to enjoy not only this home, but all the beauty that surrounds this area while they are visiting here.

We love to come to Naples to renew and relax! We are originally from Indiana but now live just outside of Tampa, FL. We enjoy serving and being involved in our church and going to our girls sporting events. The two of us have full time careers so getting away and spending quality time as a family is very important to us. When in Naples, we enjoy walks on the beach as well as all day fun at our private pool right out the back door.

Our home is located in Naples Park and is not only very safe but is filled with many wonderful people. The Park is within walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach, shopping plazas, and restaurants.

We enjoy getting to know others and look forward to talking with you soon. Thank you for taking the time to read about us; we believe you will enjoy our home and all Naples has to offer as much as we do!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This was an answer to prayer for us. We know that gifts are not given to us for just us to enjoy but to share with others. We have always loved this area and all it has to offer. With two girls, we love how safe and family friendly the area is. Our girls love to go to the water park and zoo and the Best beaches in Florida are safe with lots of shells and yet still very soft white sand. There are so many reasons why we fell in love with this house, however, the main one is the Amazing pool and jacuzzi. Many homes have pools but the jacuzzi and waterfall sold us! We are a busy family so when we come here, we love that it is truly an oasis!
