From the upstairs deck, you will enjoy watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee and a ridiculously breathtaking view of the Shoals and Atlantic Ocean. When you’ve had your fill of sun for the day, relax under the top deck’s sheltered gazebo. Stay here and you will have your own private beach access boardwalk with six beach chairs, beach toys galore, and an outdoor shower to wash off before coming back inside. Cook for your crew in the well-appointed gourmet chef's kitchen outfitted with every need including a wine fridge and icemaker. Hang out with family and friends in the two-story great room with vaulted ceilings. Make use of the numerous bikes or take a short walk to the Shoals Club or the Conservancy from this sought-after location. Brand new televisions are equipped with popular apps for streaming guests’ personal subscriptions. Temporary memberships are available for both BHI Club and Shoals Club. Check-in and out days in summer season is Saturday-Saturday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 4:30pm property check-in and 10:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 4:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 10:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.

Due to the beach nourishment in Spring of 2023, ocean views and beach access have been impacted by the additional sand.
