We will definitely be back. This will now be our go to rental for future vacations!This place was very clean, the location was Great, communication was very good. We cannot say anything negative about this rental.

A very well maintained condo with a well equipped kitchen perfect for long stays. We were only there 2 nights but managed to prep a surf and turf feast that took advantage of the local seafood. Roomy and comfortable for 4 adults, an infant and a dog. It was rather noisy the first night due to motorcycles (and accompanying police sirens) arriving for a rally. But the next night all was quiet.

Beautiful place. The ‘extras’ were so appreciated like excellent beach chairs, beach towels, top notch kitchen appliances, and so much more. The pool was amazing, and the development is maintained beautifully. We will return again-no doubt! 100% recommend!

The condo was lovely and the owners were great with communication. The location is quite a bit away from the beach areas but very close to all the shopping areas.

We had great communication with the hosts from start to finish. They were very responsive and made sure we had everything we could possibly need during our stay. Everything was clean, and we really appreciated how well-equipped the house was.The dishwasher wasn’t working during our stay, but the hosts let us know after check-in and said someone would come out to look at it after we left. Handwashing dishes was no problem for us. We also let them know that the ice maker was making ice but wasn’t dispensing it through the front, and they said they would have the technician check that as well. The only small suggestion we would have is having more than one roll of paper towels available, as we did have to purchase some extra.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and especially loved being able to bring our dogs along. It was extremely close to everything and in a quiet area. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was fabulous! Every detail was attended to. The space was perfect for our stay. We loved how close it was to everything. Communication was also great and I can’t wait to come back!!

Enjoyed the location. Property was ready for our use. Information about local events was very helpful. Kitchen was well stocked. We would rent again.

Our getaway

On arrival to the condo, everything was very clean and was very well supplied with everything that you need, even toiletries linens beach chairs you name it everything was there for your use it was very comfortable and centrally located to all the beaches. Plenty of restaurants and places to eat.

Wonderful condo!

We loved our stay! Fil and Rich were easy to communicate with. The condo is clean, comfortable and well equipped. There are many thoughtful touches and the welcome gift was much appreciated. We can’t wait to return!

An Oasis

The screened porch, red Adirondack chairs and coziness of Cascade was an oasis for us as we waited for our new home to be built! It’s close to everything. We highly recommend it!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay. My husband and I and our 3 children slept very comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked. The AC stopped working during our stay, but we texted the owner and it was fixed in a few hours. It was nice to find a place where our dog was welcome as welcome as well. We would stay again.

Great escape

Just right for the 3 of us. Convenient to the main drag, but quiet backing to the woods. The owners are super communicative and helpful. This was a short trip (long weekend), but I could see us returning for a longer visit. For the tech-savvy, this place has it all. Thank you for a great stay.

Still Great

This was our second time staying here. We like the space for our small family (3), the convenient location, the fully equipped kitchen, and especially the great communication from the owners. I'm sure we'll be back. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Great property!

This property was in a great location, convenient to many restaurants and shops, short drive to the beach. The condo itself was spacious and well maintained, very comfortable. Fil and Rich were responsive to questions and helpful with information. We had a great experience and would highly recommend! =)

FRB rental

The condo was just the right size for us. It was clean and well-furnished and stocked with everything we might need. We stayed there for over 2 months, and Filomena and Rich were always there in case we needed anything. We felt right at home and very comfortable. Filomena often said it was a "partnership" and I truly believe that it was just that. I would definitely stay there again should I need a place to call "home".
