Welcome to paradise! Seaside Manor is a newly renovated "Old Florida" cottage located just 2 houses from the beach. This gorgeous 1920's home features a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, and resort style pool. If you are looking for a true Anna Maria Island getaway this bungalow is the place to stay!

Take a 1 minute walk to the Gulf beaches or enjoy a 30 second stroll to the Bay. Watch the sunrise on the community dock that overlooks the Anna Maria Sound.

There are no pets allowed in this home.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Accommodations, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Great location, nice and clean

Location was great and near shopping and restaurants. Beach was a stones throw away and the pool and hot tub were nice as well. Home had been updated nicely and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Christmas Beach Vacation

We needed a place on short notice and we loved this cottage near Bradenton beach! The pool and hot tub were wonderful on the cool days when we couldn't enjoy the beach. It is a great location with quick beach access and a number of restaurants within walking distance.

T & G Excellent Adventure

Check in was quick & easy, the cottage was clean, neat & tidy, neighborhood was mostly quiet, lots of renovations & construction going on around the property. Beach access was also under construction but we had the “sound” on the other side which had a pier & was relaxing. Overall good experience, would recommend.

Perfect vacation home, inside and out.

We loved our stay at this house. The hot tub and heated pool were lifesavers as we didn't have good weather. the washer and dryer were a very nice amenity as were the games inside the house. The kitchen is updated and very nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all nice- the whole house worked perfectly for us. Location was perfect, just a short walk to Bridge Street and right across the street from the beach.

Great little cottage in great location

We had a great time at Seaside Manor. It's an old house but has been renovated nicely. The pool / hot tub were fantastic and it's a stone's throw from the beach. The staff was attentive and we had no real issues. I would say the backyard area - the bar and laundry room/outdoor fridge could have been cleaner, but not really a great big deal. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Getaway

Property was just as shown. Easy entry and no issues with the exception of the BBQ tank running out; which was quickly rectified. Would definitely recommend staying at this location as it is close to the beach, and you have the backyard sanctuary with the pool and hot tub.

Seaside Manor Bradenton Beach Fl

Very clean, roomy, efficient property, with ease of accommodating 7 adults. Very easy and quick results when contacting property management team for minor issue: propane for gas grill. Short walk to the beach. Safe area for daily morning and evening walks. Short drives for exploring Anna Maria Island, restaurants, and shopping. Definitely would recommend staying at Seaside Manor. Short Visit!

Great spot overall. Dinner choices are limited as none take reservations. Frustrating waste of time. House & pool were great. Watch your head if you’re over 5’5” tall…area around pool is for short people only. I have 2 scars on my head to prove it. Otherwise great!

Bachelorette Trip

The hot tub and pool were not working up on our arrival. I notified the leasing company that told me someone would be by to fix them. We sat around for hours waiting; but nobody ever came. The "owner" popped up on us the second day with an umbrella for a patio table- but still did not address fixing the pool or hot tub. A technician came Monday morning at 7:30 am while we were in our underwear to clean- but not fix the broken pool. The communication and leasing agency are a joke. Even though location was awesome, not worth the trouble we dealt with

Long Weekend Getaway

Seaside Manor is in a fantastic location on a narrow stretch of Anna Maria that is just footsteps away from both the beach and bay. The home is charming and full of cozy, beach house character. There are three rooms - two suitable for adults and a small room behind French doors more suitable for children. There is also a bonus daybed in the front of the home for extra guests. The house has been updated with a modern kitchen and comes with plenty of dining space. The second bathroom is also updated with a spacious double vanity and shower. The master bed room has a convenient en-suite. As a highlight of the property, the rear patio and pool are gorgeous amenities. The tuck under patio area has a low ceiling height, but is spacious and well equipped. One critical note is the multiple slight changes in floor level throughout the house. It’s quirky, which lends well to a bespoke beach house feel, but is also a tripping hazard for little ones and those not as sure-footed. Overall, this property is in a fantastic location, welcoming, and accommodating.

Great location and the house is very nice too.

I chose the location for the beach and intercoastal access. And the pool and entertainment area on the Prperty. Tropical Storm, Betty was forming off the coast when we arrived. But we knew that we would have a couple of days of rain. No problem. We noticed that the pool pump wasn't running when we arrived but sometimes, they are on timers. After the storm moved north, I called AMI Accommodations to let them know that the pump wasn't working. They said that they would have a pool tech out that day, We never heard back even after calling back. I rented this house because of the pool area and location. I am a disabled Veteran and have had surgery on both feet for the last 2 years. I can't walk on the beach or sand yet. The pool area was very important to me. My adult daughter and her husband and my adult son and his fiancé finally got together to meet there. So when they all went to the beach, I planned on enjoying the pool and pool bar area. Then we normally spend the evening in the pool enjoying each other's company. The pool guy came by Wednesday morning and said the pump motor was bad and that they generally can fix it the same day. We called checking on the progress many times. AMI is very good at BS'ing you and telling you what you want to hear. They never showed up to fix the pool issue! I was so mad that I couldn't even enjoy my week that I have been waiting for 2 years to spend time with my family. The owner is not being represented well by AMI management!

Very unsafe property

The alarm installed was incapable of doing its job due to the misalignment of the door which wouldn't remain closed causing it to constantly go off. The floors from room to room were uneven with 2 inch lips creating a constant trip hazard. Marking them with hazard tape didnt alleviate the problem. The pool tiles ALL ALONG THE POOL SIDE nearest the bar side were completely NOT ADHEARED AT ALL !! NOT LOOSE, just laying in place. Sooo dangerous ! The decking surface was terribly slippery. I had to follow my 91 yr old dad everywhere for fear he would break his neck. One of my 70 yr old guests fell on the decking due to no handrail going down to the sunk in bar area.The bikes all had flat tires and rusted chains. The trundle by the front door had a dinner plate size pothole in the middle of it, making sleeping on it impossible. I'm not talking about an uncomfortable mattress, it was garbage ! ! There was nowhere to put groceries away creating the need to put everything on the counter.That was alot of $$ to spend on a property with so many careless and shoddy inadequacies. It pictured well on the website but was a pig in lipstick in person. I was very disappointed.

PERFECT!

What a wonderful experience! The house was gorgeous and for all of our needs. Location was PERFECT. Pool and hottub were fabulous. Only recommendation would be to have trash bags and dishwasher liquid available. Otherwise it was the absolute perfect vacation!

Great place for a family vaca on the beach

Great clean house for a small family. Fantastic location indeed 2 houses away from the beach. Very comfy outdoor space with the pool and furniture. Short drive or even walk from restaurants. The only potential not-so-great thing to mention is the proximity to the neighboring properties: it could get loud if guests there are noisy

Wonderful location and perfect cottage

We absolutely LOVED our time at AMI and this property. We have a family of 6 (4 kids 10 and under) and it was a very comfortable space for us. The pool is fabulous and in the sun from 10-5 everyday! You are just a short, very short, walk to the beach. They have a wagon there to easily get your beach stuff there without hassle. Remember to bring your own cleaning supplies, hand soap and paper goods. The place was very clean when we arrived and property management company was great to work with.

Perfect location beautiful home! Feeling relaxed!

We absolutely loved our stay in your beautiful home! It was extremely clean and well organized, as well as beautifully decorated. We LOVED spending time on the back porch with so many options for seating including rocking chairs! These were perfect for my mother who spent most of her time rocking away. The hot tub was a big hit with us, however, it wasn't working properly upon arrival but they remedied very quickly by calling a pool maintenance company who fixed it right away. I'm a bit of a clean freak and like to clean as I go but there were no cleaning supplies, not even a glass or surface cleaner to be found. There was also no dish soap but according to the check-in instructions, there was supposed to be a small bottle which would have been sufficient. I think the cleaning crew just forgot. The washer/dryer was a huge bonus! We were able to do laundry a couple of times so we didn't come back home with a bunch of dirty clothes. I was also happy to find an abundance of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Some suggestions: There were only three beach chairs, but only one of three were usable. Two of them were broken and couldn't be used. I wish I would have known as I would have brought my own chairs. Having beach chairs so close to a beach is a must for me. Something to keep in mind: It is an older home, although, beautifully renovated. Because of that, the walls are pretty thin. We had a very large family vacationing next door and we could hear them at all times from inside our place while they were outside. We did not have any kids in our group and they had several who screamed and hollered while playing in the pool. Fortunately, they kept very quiet at night and the nights were very peaceful. All that being said, I give it 5+++ stars as a luxury home close to the beach, close to the bay and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Thank you again for having us in your home!
