My family and I just got back from our stay and it was absolutely incredible from check in to check out! The house had everything we needed and then some! The kids absolutely LOVED the pool and the quick walk to the beach, not to mention the pebble ice maker for their homemade dirty sodas. I would recommend this property and host over and over!

We had a great stay at this property in July. The location was great- quiet street with a view of the bay, a quick walk to the beach, and easy access to the stores. We also appreciated the short drive to Coquina Beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked to prepare a variety of meals and the hosts were responsive when we had a question. The pool was also a huge hit with our kids. If we visit AMI again, we will definitely consider staying at this property!

We had an amazing time at this property! Everything was exactly as expected. The pool was perfect for floating with a book or taking a dip after being at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans definitely made a difference in the humid Florida weather.A few pleasant surprises were the counter top ice maker and the lush beach towels. Keyless entry made for easy check-in & check-out. The location is perfect with a bay view and 2 blocks from the beach along with a variety of restaurants. Not only would I recommend this property - I would stay here again!

Nice place, nothing fancy but definitely has everything you would need. The pool area is fantastic and the beds are comfortable. Location is close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. Recommend so highly we booked it again for next year!

Lovely location and property

We loved the house, it was just what we needed, my family had a lovely time. We love the location!The pool was a little dirty at the beginning of the stay, but the pool technician came quickly and fixed it up, and it looked wonderful.

Fantastic stay again!

This was our second time staying at this amazing beach house and it was fantastic, just like last time. Perfect location, great amenities, really nice host. Whole family had another amazing vacation.

Wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for us. Spacious and close to the beach. It have everything we needed. Our only complaint was the pool was too warm. The heater did not need to be on.

We enjoyed the stay!! The location was great! We walked to the beach for sunsets and drove to others to mix things up during the day!! The rental company was fantastic! Needed help with a couple of things during the stay…they were on it! We enjoyed it!!

This property was beyond my expectations! We had 4 adults and 2 kids under 3 and were all very comfortable. The house was bigger than expected with a nice kitchen and open floor plan into the living room. There was plenty of seating options available. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. Plenty of pots and pans if you wanted to cook. Bed rooms were nice size with a king bed in one with an en suite bathroom. The other bedroom had a queen bed with a mattress that was a little soft for my liking but slept very good! The bunk beds were nice and I ended up sleeping on the bottom one on one occasion and the mattress was very nice and firmer! The washer and dryer was off the bunk bed room with a sliding door for privacy. We had one small bottle of laundry detergent which worked for several loads.. The bathroom off the hall was a little small but had a nice shower with great water pressure and hot water. The garage has been converted into a storage type room for pool and beach stuff. There was no air conditioning in this room which was a little confusing because there was a kitchen table with 6 chairs to use for meals. There was a fan for air circulation. This room led to the outdoor pool which was fabulous! I made the mistake of paying for the pool to be heated so it was always like bath water temperature. The beach was a block away so just a short walk. The beach cart was broken when we arrived. We would stay here again. Corner lot, perfect location!

House was in a great location! Very nice! Pool was a little dirty at the beginning of the stay but cleared up! Pool was HOT and was charged a warming fee (so I didn’t understand that). Overall good stay!

Amazing House!

We loved this house - it was clean and perfect. The pool was fabulous and the location was amazing. Will definitely be back!!!

July 4th family vacation.

The backyard and pool area was great! Was only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Do not stay here. The rental company controls the AC. That house was so Hot. I ask them to turn it down to 70 and they said it was a hot day and that the unit was working too hard. They told us to close the blinds. So we spent a week in a house sweating in the dark. Terrible. Also it took the refrigerator 3 days to finally freeze our ice cream and popsicles. The butter was melted too. Rental company said after loading a refrigerator it take a few days to start cooling. ??? I load mine at home every week thats crazy. We were so disappointed with this house. We also had to go to Walmart and buy pillows for the beds. Not enough pillows. I have never written a bad review but i just wanted to let the next person know what they were getting into. The rental agreement should have stated they controlled the AC. Bad business. I will never use this company again.

Thank you for the feedback. We hope you enjoyed your time and all the island and surrounding area has to offer. I understand the issues with the AC and the refrigerator. We have let the owner know about your concerns and we strive to make sure we take care of every issue. We do not control the AC but we do have a restriction on it so that it cannot go lower than 70 degrees. If the system is set too low for too long it will burn the machine up and there will be no air at all. The heat index and the humidity has been high lately and it is a common thing this time of year for the houses to be stuffy during the day and cool off more at night. We will make sure we address these items so that other guests can make the best of the vacation. Thank you.
