We appreciate you mentioning the remote and switches. Our team does check remotes prior to each arrival, though we understand how frustrating it can be if something isn’t working as expected. The light and fan switches can also be a bit tricky given the open layout, and we’ll be connecting with the owner about adding clearer labeling to make things easier moving forward.
