Restoration Retreat with Pool and Hot Tub!

Our restoration cottage is next to the main house. It is Two-bedroom, one full bath, full kitchen and living spaces. There is a Hot tub for winter guests and a pool for summer guests. There is a pool table in the main space and lounge chairs to relax around the pool. There is a fire pit outside and playground by the pool. Around the back of the house there are beautiful views of the rolling hills countryside. We are just a short walk from the river. There are many quaint restaurant's, parks, and nearby river access points. New Braunfels and San Marcos are not too far away either! Spend this time getting refreshed and make it a time to remember!

This is our second time staying here and we love it. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything. The pool is excellent.

The home was clean, the beds comfortable. Great size and location. However, there was no wifi. It looked like the main house had internet but there was very low signal. A message to the host went unanswered. The one television had no remote and, since there was no internet, even a remote app was useless. The property had clean, quality towels for guests, but no wash cloths or extra toilet paper.The most disappointing part was the pool. The flagstone surround was broken and chipped and the pool itself was desperately in need of cleaning. Sand and algae covered the bottom and steps. The loungers were broken, if usable. With better management, this could be an amazing rental. But we would not recommend without assuring the property had been better maintained

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! This property is in great location and is very relaxing. The beds are super comfortable. The grandkids loved the swimming pool and playground. Would definitely would stay here again.

Amazing stay!!

This place was everything we needed and more! The owners live in the house next door and were available but also stayed away to give us some privacy. The pool was perfect and everything was as described. We would definitely love to stay here again and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for somewhere in Seguin!

There is something so wonderful about the Texas Hill Country and while we are on the outskirts of the Hill country in Seguin, you still get a beautiful glimpse into the rolling terrain nature has to offer.

We are about 20 minutes from New Braunfels and Gruene and all it has to offer with shops, river, and nature. We are about 30 minutes from San Marcos with similar features. All the best life has to offer. You should love it here!
