Summary:
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place in down town New Braunfels on the Comal River.
Condo is directly on the Comal river with a pool and hot tub on premise. Texas tubes is next door for easy tubing access. 5 min walk to all downtown has to offer.
The Space:
Excellent location and view from the condo. Fresh remodel in 2022 including both bathrooms and the kitchen. The condo will sleep 6 adults comfortably, but can sleep 8 if you have a mix of children in the group.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the second floor condo from two sets of stair or an elevator. Will have private code to access the unit from a smart lock.
Getting Around:
You will be a short 5min walk to get to everything downtown New Braunfels has to offer.
Interaction with Guests:
My wife and I are New Braunfels Locals and would be happy to help in any way possible! Let me know if you are looking for any suggestions on what to do or where to eat during your stay.

Perfect location for my family to access river. The condo was beautiful, had everything we needed. Loved the balcony. Matthew was very helpful and friendly! Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment! Well proportioned for a family. Loads of amenities and could not ask for a better location for floating the river and enjoying Gruene Hall for an evening.

August 20, 2026. I love this condo. We loved eating our breakfast on the balcony watching the early morning snorklers and tubers float down the river. The view is beautiful and peaceful. The condo was super clean, very well supplied, and everything we needed. After tubing all day we would relax in the private, Heated Pool which was a nice surprise because the heated pool was not advertised. Our stay was exactly what we needed. Thank you Matt!

I took 5 14 year old girls to NB for a birthday to float the river. The location of this house was great! The property and river were clean and inviting. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. Balcony overlooked the parking lot and pool and river. Texas tubes is across the street and they offer a shuttle service so that is nice too. However, we used Float In at the shutes and they had private parking and full accommodations. The condo had a little space of extra toys and games in the master closet. Nice touch. I’d stay here again.

Condo was clean, but both tv's in the bedrooms did not work. They are not smart this, but old Insignia tv's that have DVD players and are supposed to run cable. The cable was not working for either room, which was extremely frustrating. The only smart tv is in the livingroom. The owner did not even offer any form of a refund for these issues. Also, the fridge has no ice or even ice trays, so bring your own. Some updates could definitely be made at this location, but at least it was clean.

We had a great time and our stay was very peaceful. The condo was very clean and renovations were adorable! Would definitely choose this little treasure again!

Fantastic location
The apartment was very nice and as described. There was plenty of space and we really enjoyed the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay, and how close it was to downtown. The condo was clean and super cute!

Excellent location and view from the condo. Fresh remodel in 2022 including both bathrooms and the kitchen. The condo will sleep 6 adults comfortably, but can sleep 8 if you have a mix of children in the group.
