We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds and the host was very good about making sure we had plenty towels. Added plus was the complementary coffee. Thank you for fast response and nice clean stay!

Lovely place that is not far from downtown shop, even though we didn’t have any pets loved that it was pet friendly and had a nice back yard to sit and relax.

House was very close to Starcke Park golf course. Just what we needed for an easy, fast commute to golf tournament each day. House was clean and comfortable — no issues.

Very cute two bedroom one bathroom house in Seguin. I was in town for work for the week and decided to get a house rather than a hotel. The street this house is located on is not great but the house itself is nice and exactly how pictured. I recommend bringing a portable fan if that is something you like as there are no ceiling fans. The AC works well and the beds are comfortable.

Great communication and we would definitely stay there again but it will be a while before we have another function at TLU. Seguin has a charming town square with a lot of shops and restaurants. Hostess had nicely printed instructions and Seguin map printed and posted on the wall- pure genius. The area was very quiet. The residential area seems to be going through a bit of revitalization. It was nice to be able to pull in and park right next to our rental.We watched a movie, went to bed (slept well) and had coffee in the morning before departing.

Amazing stay

The property was accurate to the listing. It was a great space for 4 people. The house was easy to check in and the host was great! We took our fur baby and he loved the back yard, even big enough for fetch! Clean and tidy.

Close to downtown.

This cute small home was conveniently located close to downtown Seguin providing easy access to cute shops and good restaurants. The landlord was very responsive to any questions. The home was well set with the household basics, and a full size washer/dryer was great. This home was a nice base to check out the city and surrounding area.

"Quiet Cozy Retreat"

The hosts have done a lovely job with this rental with attention to detail at every turn...It is without a doubt, the cleanest. most well maintained property we have ever stayed at! Upon check-in, we found everything perfectly in order, and more than we expected from the photos on the site. The location was conveniently located near the downtown area, an ideal spot for us. This is a hidden jewel!

Pefect stay with a large dog!

Loved the property! It was perfect size for our small group and had everything we could need. It also is one of the true pet friendly properties since it has no size limit and I was traveling with a large dog. Fenced in backyard was perfect. Location was nice because it wasn't far from New Braunfels. Neighborhood wasn't the best, lots of stray cats and a few loose dogs. Overall we had a great trip.

Overall, we would stay here again. However, there are some suggested improvements for future guests.Ceiling fans in front bedrooms. It was extremely hot during the night especially with no air circulation. We also realized that the thermostat was being manipulated via wifi as we have the same thermostat. Note that my husband has a heart condition, and cannot sleep hot. If you are going to ask guests to throw toilet paper away, you should probably include a larger trash can in the bathroom.We also had to buy our own trash bags, which was something we had never done before at a VRBO.While we understand this is your house, the camera placement is truly an invasion of privacy. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable, and have never experienced this at our past VRBOs.Again, we appreciate you letting us stay here, but there is room for improvement for the next guests.Thank you again,Jerry Rhodes

I am sorry about the hot temperature. In your welcome message, we include you are able to change the temperature to your liking as we understand everyone has different preferences. We also leave extra bags in the laundry room for guests, I apologize that was not very clear. We apologize the cameras feel like an invasion of privacy. There are only two cameras outside for the safety of our home and of our guests. You and your group are welcome back anytime!
