Perfect location! Central, beautiful ocean view. We got to see so many whales right there from our deck. Great laundry machine and amenities. I’d stay here again.

House was good for our group. All the bedrooms had new lamps, but NO light bulbs! There was no phone number to contact the host. Other then that it was OK.

Great location. I really enjoyed the sunsets on the deck ebery evening. The host is very nice and quick to respond to communications. I needed to extend my stay and he made it very easy.

We have completely enjoyed staying at this property. The thoughtfulness of the place is admirable. Tesla charger , washer and dryer, backyard view to ocean, gazebo with sofas, large family dining table, games and proximity to ocean with excellent beach are highlights. We went with kids and friends and all had good time. This is a very spacious place with multiple rooms and we got good fun. We look forward to going back and enjoying! I took my guitar and surprised to find the receiver with inputs so that I can connect the sound cable and listen to my music from surround system! The beds , the furniture, outdoor and. Indoor fire pit, and interiors are done with care by owners I think with thought that we should feel at home and comfortable. Kids played board games at the place, had a nice time with family. The location itself is so good , views and photos came out so good. At walking distance we saw good nice nature and stunning.

We had a fantastic experience at this property. The ocean views are absolutely spectacular, and one of the highlights was being able to watch whales right from the deck. We could keep looking out at the ocean throughout our stay and were lucky enough to see whale activity, which made the experience truly special.The evening sunset was beautiful — sitting on the deck and watching the sun go down over the Pacific was definitely a highlight. The combination of the ocean views, sunsets, and whale watching made the location truly exceptional.Another wonderful surprise was the apple trees on the property. The kids had a great time picking fresh apples and eating them right from the trees. It was such a simple but memorable part of the experience and something the whole family enjoyed.The kids also absolutely loved their room, which was filled with games and gave them plenty to do. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with cooking equipment and appliances, with everything we needed to prepare meals comfortably.The house was spacious, comfortable, and very well set up for families. We also enjoyed the pool table and hot tub.The host was responsive and easy to communicate withThe incredible ocean views, whale watching from the deck, beautiful sunset, fresh apple picking, kids' game room, and exceptionally well-equipped kitchen made our experience very memorable. We would definitely come back for a longer stay next time.

House was not clean, we had to do our own laundry and dishes upon arrival. Housekeeping showed up at 530pm after a 4pm check in. Hot tub was not clean, it was cloudy and slimy. Very nice house just not cleaned and very disappointed in not being able to use the hot tub

Thank you for your review and for complimenting our ocean views. To clarify a few details for future guests: the group arrived early at 3:15 PM (ahead of our standard 4:00 PM check-in time), which caused an overlap while our cleaner was finishing up. The stay also exceeded our vehicle limit with 4 cars and 4 motorcycles on-site. While we apologize for the towel delay, we communicated directly with you and proactively waived all extra cleaning fees as a gesture of goodwill—despite the heavy turnover labor required post-checkout. We take property standards seriously and wish you the best.

We were excited to stay here based on the listing, but the property did not meet our expectations for the nightly rate. While it is advertised as a "full remodel," many aspects of the home appeared to be cosmetic updates rather than a true renovation.There were several issues that impacted our stay. The lights flickered whenever the hot water was in use, this is what the the host told us. We realized just how much we use warm water (making dinner, showering, washing hands, etc), so it was especially annoying. The home does not have central air conditioning, and, aside from the attic game room, the bedrooms did not have fans. There was no propane available for the grill or fire table, and no shampoo was provided. We informed the host of these missing items but were not offered reimbursement after purchasing them ourselves.The bathrooms also lacked adequate ventilation, and there was visible mold on the shower ceiling and baseboards, which was especially concerning. This property is not kid friendly for many reasons. One that there is no bath, only two showers. Two, the stairs are very steep and there is no barrier. And three, the patio outside, although with a beautiful view, had several wire cables broken off that run horizontally and a child can easily fall through. The home has potential, but it would benefit from additional attention to maintenance, safety, and hospitality to better align with the nightly rate.

We appreciate every opportunity to improve our guest experience and would like to clarify a few details regarding the amenities provided: Cooling & Comfort: As noted in our listing, our coastal home does not have central A/C, but we provide three portable fans and design the home to take advantage of the natural ocean breeze through open windows. Propane & Amenities: We maintain three propane tanks on the property so that backups are readily available if one runs empty during a stay. Maintenance & Cleanliness: We take health and safety very seriously. Our home undergoes thorough cleanings and routine inspections between stays, and we can confirm there is no mold present in the bathrooms. Additionally, deck cables and structural elements are regularly checked to ensure they meet safety standards. Family Friendliness: While the layout features traditional stairs and stall showers as pictured in the listing, numerous families stay with us regularly and particularly enjoy the attic game room setup. We appreciate your feedback on communication regarding supplies and electrical nuances, and we are actively working with our local team to make those instructions clearer for future guests.
