The views from this 3rd floor, 2-bedroom condo are worth the two flights of stairs. You have direct views of the Howelsen Hill ski jump across the Yampa River, and can enjoy watching people ski and ride day into night. Brand new high end furnishings and well-stocked kitchen will be there for you after an amazing day on the slopes. One dedicated parking spot and one block away to the free bus which will get you around town or over to the Steamboat Ski area.

Can't beat the location, walkable to anywhere in town. Great for outdoor activities in the summer, easy to rent bikes, tubes for the river, etc. Overall great stay

Great location Downtown and walking distance to great restaurants and coffee. Very nice setting, Clean and very well kept with new appliances. Restaurant patio rooftops across street can be a little loud fyi if you’re looking to turn it in early. Overall great experience and being able to walk to everything in town was perfect .

The condo was exactly as described and recently updated. Its location is fantastic—ski rentals at Straightline are very convenient, there’s a shuttle to the mountain, and excellent restaurants like Cypress, Salt & Lime, and O’Neil’s are all just two blocks away.

Great downtown condo! Owner was super responsive and easy to work with. Perfect central old town location. Easy access to mountain with free bus a block over. Nicely decorated, clean, comfy beds, and modern kitchen. Note that it is a 3 story walk up which was fine for our group.

I can't imagine there's a better spot to stay in Steamboat. We came for a ski weekend but wanted to be close to the restaurants and bars. All the best spots are right outside the door. The space is clean, comfortable, and has everything we needed for our long weekend. Perfect for our group of 3.

This is a fantastic place right in town across the street from the Yampa River and ski jumps. A bald eagle flew by while enjoying the view. It is a block away from the free shuttle to the slopes.The condo is well appointed and clean. Matt was very responsive to inquiries and very helpful.

Great place to stay in steamboat!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful downtown condo. It was so clean, wonderful decor, and in a great location. The owner was so nice and very quick to reply to questions. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place!

My family of 5 had the best stay here! It was exactly as advertised — clean and comfortable. And super well located downtown, within easy walking distance to great restaurants and even a playground for the kids. A few little details really made this rental stand out: top notch pour over coffee maker and coffee grounds sugar, laundry detergent a stock of basic personal care items (toothbrushes, soap) in case you forget anything, and then lots of hooks in the bathrooms and closets (something I feel like most rentals are lacking!). Beds were comfy, sofa was so cozy, and everything worked perfectly. Thank you, Matt and family, for sharing your home with us!

1st time visit to Steamboat & condo was a highlight

Very well accentuated, located, updated and all the necessary items and then some for a vacation property Easy walking distance to shopping, dining, transportation & other options. Easy check in and check out and very responsive owner. Would definitely stay there again.

We found our little piece of heaven right here in Northern Colorado and absolutely love it! Our goal with this property was to create a beautifully designed vacation rental with high-end furnishings that our friends and family would love to enjoy after a long day on the mountain.

Location, location, location! Enjoy the free city bus to the ski slopes while staying downtown where you can conveniently walk to dinner, shopping, and the bars. You don't even have to leave the condo to enjoy Steamboat; just put up the blinds, sit in the recliner, and watch the Olympic ski jumpers fly down the mountain.
