Relax & enjoy the fantastic views of the Smoky Mountains & the sites/sounds of the Gatlinburg Landscape from the covered deck. The Condo features-end finishes & includes all the comforts of home. We hope to see you soon!

This place was perfect! We stopped in Gatlinburg for a few days, never been here before. Three of us. Plenty of room. Easy access to town and the hike we did in the National Park! It took us 11 minutes to drive to Rainbow Trail Parking. Perfect. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described on VRBO. The location was perfect for easy access to downtown and all our sightseeing, and check-in was simple and stress-free.Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

This is a perfect location to be secluded enough to enjoy the views but a quick walk to the strip. This is our second time staying here.

Had a nice pool , location was close to action but not in it. Could have been cleaner. We had wasp nest on the balcony. But over all we had a good time . The bed not comfortable

There was plenty of parking and it was very convenient to downtown. The place is pretty small so keep that in mind if you have more than 2 people. The place is on the first floor, which we didnt think we'd care for because usually the first floor is usually very noisy, but this unit is at the very end and on a corner so it was actually very nice! The pool was nice and the stairs in back were great for walking downtown.

Excellent condo in the heart of Gatlinburg! Perfectly located for walking to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. The owner was incredibly easy to communicate with and super responsive both before and during our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable getaway!

Weekend getaway

We had a great stay at this property for a weekend trip. It was as advertised. It was a short walk to town which we really liked. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Tidy and clean!

Very pleased with our stay. Everything was clean and easy process to get in and out. Very close to main strip. Would definitely consider staying again at this location.

Gret jumping off point for a weekend in the Smokies

This was a great place to start a weekend hiking trip into the Smokies. The unit was clean and reasonable walking distance from Gatlinburg's main drag. Would have appreciated some coffee in the morning.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean, cozy, and perfect for our sisters’ weekend. The host was very communicative, sending helpful messages and updates, and check-in was smooth and easy. The location was great—just a five-minute walk to the main strip. exactly as advertised. We’d definitely stay here again! I recommend visiting Anakeesta and Ober Mountain. Spectacular views!

The unit was perfect for an overnight stay. Very clean and everything worked.

The process was super easy and the host communicated as needed. The location has easy access to downtown Gatlinburg. No driving needed. Beds are comfortable and the place was very clean.

We loved the accommodations! It was just a described & pictured. The pictures do make it look a little larger than it really is, but it was the perfect size for the 4 of us. We were within walking distance of the parkway. You could see the city lit up from the balcony. The unit is on the same level as parking so coming and going is a breeze.
