This was a great house for a family weekend in Tahoe. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for our group of 11 adults and one child, and there was plenty of seating for family meals. The owner was responsive and arrival and departure instructions were clear and concise. Easy access to the house from Highway 89 and several grocery stores not far away for those last minute things. I appreciated the low cleaning fee, but washing linens and towels on the morning of departure did take a significant amount of time, so plan accordingly.

Our stay was so fun with a big group of people including kids. The amenities was top notch. We played ping pong, horse shoe, and corn hole. Thanks for a fun place to stay

Thank you so much for the stay! The space was large and gorgeous and had a nice game room to hang out. Host was communicative and friendly and gave clear instructions on check in and check out.

Absolutely stunning property!!!! Excellent communication with host! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Tahoe area.

We rented the Dill property for a 30th birthday with several parties traveling from out of state to Tahoe for the first time. Everyone loved everything about the trip and the stay. Kevin was incredibly responsive which added a lot of ease as planning a trip for 12 can be a stressful experience. The property was perfect for 4 couples and 4 singles and pet friendly without any evidence of previous pets. Would absolutely rent again & although this was a summer trip, would be a great location for a group trip skiing at Palisades. Parking was more than adequate, as well.

Great place to stay. Private, plenty of parking amenities were amble. We had a large group. Plenty of room to hang out and spread out for 12-14 people.Would recommend and most likely book again!

Very fun and comfortable house with lots of games. Kevin was quick to respond, pleasant, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

My friends and I had a great time at this stay. Check-in procedure was easy and straightforward and the host was responsive to all my questions. The location was great for access to Palisades. Would love to stay here again!

Close to Truckee/perfect for large families

Great clean place to stay

We were 3 families staying for a long weekend with kids from 4-16. The property was clean really nice. We were able to cook dinner 2 nights and Palisades was very close. The kids loved staying in the rec room where there were a lot of activities for them in there. We would stay here again.

We had a group of 10 from out of state stay here and everyone was stoked on the house and location. Out of the way but close to everything, well stocked and easy to deal with. The pictures don’t do it justice. 10/10 will book here again.

The home was amazing! Even better than advertised. We've stayed at quite a few VRBO's and this home had everything in terms of quality kitchen appliances/tools, access to additional towels, pillows, etc. The communication with the owners was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Very convenient and great experience

Overall, had a great stay at this property. We are a family of 11 folks and had an excellent time during thanksgiving. Check in process was easy, good area to walk the pets out and lots of beds for folks to sleep comfortably. Would luv to rent again in the future.

Such a great place!

Our family went up for a family vacation and for a wedding. The house is everything you see as advertised. Check in and checkout are super easy, communication with the owner is fantastic. Very responsive, very accommodating. We are already planning our winter vacation for this location. Enjoy! We sure did!

Great getaway off the beaten path

Large enough for our extended family and very private! Be aware that you may need 4WD to make it up the driveway depending on the weather. The cabin is very well equipped. The internet service can be spotty, but there is TV service.

As of fall 2022, we have a new internet provider that does not use a satellite, so we now have excellent Wi-Fi service.
