2400 sq ft condo with an additional 600 sq ft balcony overlooking the bay. Balcony has three separate seating areas with two tables for four. One of the most popular destinations on the Emerald Coast. Skywalk access to the beach. 3 1/2 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Watch the wildlife from your balcony. Spend your days fishing on the private dock (no fishing license is required) or swimming in the emerald, green waters, our resort has something for everyone from the lazy river and seven (7) pools. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Additionally, three (3) beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and tote wagon for your use to bring to the beach.

Amazing resort

We had a few issues but the owner was incredibly responsive and repaired the issues as soon as possible. The resort had great amenities that were well taken care of and easy to access. Despite having to leave early due to hurricane threat, it was an amazing vacation and the condo offered great space for my family and a stunning view.

Beach Destination

This is our 6th time at this resort. I would definitely recommend this property for a large family to stay together. Fun and everything you want for a beach vacation. Easy access to lots of wonderful activities.

Great Spring Break

Enjoyed this property very much. It was windy during our stay so the porch was a little on the chilly side. Beds were nice as well as the view. Only gripe was with the pots and pans. We cook a lot even on vacation and the nonstick was not up to our cooking/health standards. Joe was a great host!!

What a beautiful Condo with a great host.

I’m not so good at these reviews but Joe was so kind and on top of everything I have to give this my best shot. The condo has a very beautiful view from the large patio. The patio alone is another living space. The rooms are plenty large and the master suite is the best of them all with a large room and even larger bath suite. This is a great location because you’re just a few minutes from crab island and all the rentals but not in the middle of it all. Pools and lazy river are a big hit with the kids and teens. Beach is a short walk over the sky bridge. Plenty of room to grab a spot and enjoy the white sand. I’m looking forward to returning asap.

Office Girls Trip 2023

Annual Office Trip for 2023 included 6 of us. Despite the fact that it rained the entire trip we made the best of it by shopping the nearby outlet stores and getting in the beautiful lazy river when the sky cleared well enough and we ate well at the nearby restaurants. The stay here was absolutely perfect with a magnificent view all the way around and the home was as nice inside as the view outside. Highly recommended !!

Family Vacation

A group of 10 of us stayed and have no complaints. The view from the balcony overlooking the bay is fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone inside the condo. The kids really enjoyed looking at fish/crabs in the bay. The property is amazing plenty of pools and a awesome lazy river. This was our first trip to the gulf coast and the beach was definitely what we had hoped it to be. Joe checked on us during our stay and was very easy to communicate with.

Spacious and Everything We Needed

Heron 403 is a very spacious condo with a wonderful wrap-around veranda over looking the bay and the pool area. The well stocked "beach supply closet" had everything we needed for a day trip to the less crowded bayside beach on Okaloosa Island. This unit is set up to sleep multiple families comfortably to share some quality time together.

Enjoyed the stay!

We enjoyed the stay. The lazy river was so much fun. The beach was a good ways away but easy to get to and like no other beaches !! So beautiful. The view from the balcony and watching planes land on the water was cool. Very clean. Very responsive with communication. Easy check in. Loved that!! The mattress need to be replaced and upgraded. Last suggestion : Some darkening curtains in the smaller bedroom would block lights from the exterior hallway/walkway. Would stay again!!❤️

Beautiful view

This had the best view of the bay. Could see dolphins, stingray, fish, crabs every day all day. Walking distance to the pier and restaurants. The beach was an easy walk but overlooking the bay was our favorite part. We had a group of 10 people and never felt crowded. We also fished from the dock didn't catch anything but was fun to get out there and one night the dolphins came right up to the docks. The host was amazing to work with. Would stay here again.

Perfect for our adult friend group. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes and glasses. Wrap around outdoor patio was the best. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Will be back!

Great Place for the Beach Trip

Condo and resort were great. Lots of space for the family and friends to move around and enjoyed the resort lazy river and pools and was able to walk across the bridge to the beach. The condo's beach chairs, small umbrella and wagon came in SO handy too! Each of the 3 bedrooms has an on suite bathroom and the 'sunroom' has a day bed which would be perfect for a couple kids to sleep, along with another half bath in the hallway.

This property was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful, spacious and clean! Close to everything on the island! We loved walking to the pier and watching the dolphins. The deck was amazing so spacious. We would definitely stay again! Five stars for sure nothing bad to say!!! Exceed expectations!!!

Lots of space

This condo was very spacious. We had different family groups traveling together and there was plenty of room for all of us. The weather was rainy when we were there, so this proved even more important since we couldn’t go to the beach as much as we’d like. It was quiet and we weren’t disturbed by neighboring units. The balcony was fabulous and the view excellent. We cooked a lot in the condo and could’ve used a few more larger pots/pans, but we cooked in more than most I think. Large table & bar area allowed all of us to eat together, which is rare in condos even if there is enough sleeping room. Owner was easy to reach & addressed issues quickly. Lazy river & pools great for kids! Wagon & beach chairs provided in unit were a definite plus.

Perfect for our family trip

This condo was perfect for our family trip! The balcony and the bay side views are amazing. The place is bigger than we expected; with plenty of room for our group of 10 to spread out (9 adults and one toddler). The kitchen is well stocked as far as pots/pans, dishes; glasses, etc. and we cooked most of our meals. There are no spices, sugar, coffee, filters, etc provided so be sure to bring or buy your own. (There is a Publix in short driving distance). The wagon was so helpful and there were some chairs available to take to the beach if needed. We used the local beach service for chairs/umbrella rental which was so convenient. We would definitely stay again!
