Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beautiful home!

This home was so beautiful! Very clean and so spacious. The game room was such a nice touch and the beach was maybe a 3 min walk max. We had such a great time staying here!

Great location but house needs work

This house is in a great location! You can walk to beaches and several restaurants. Lots of parking. House is spacious with several living rooms and bedrooms. However, the bathrooms all had issues. One upstairs sink was completely clogged, very low water pressure and all the drains were very slow. Walls were very dirty, the bannister was loose and unstable—my mother in law fell and hurt her knee because of it. Heating units on lower level don’t all work. There are some GREAT rentals in SSI but this one needs improvements.

Great for large families!

I am so glad this home was renovated and made available to rent! We have been coming to St. Simons for many years. Our family has grown and needs changed. Over the past few years we have had a hard time finding a place to suit our needs that did not break the budget! Location is right where we love to be. A block to beach access , short walk by beach or road to downtown or up toward Crabdaddy’s and Massengale park. There is plenty of parking which was great and The large back deck was perfect for cooler, stroller, etc.. Large flat backyard is perfect for kids (and adults!) to relax or play and get the wiggles out. Inside plenty of room for family to gather or to spread out. Plenty of seating for dining as well as sunroom with very nice set of card tables and chairs for games etc.. Bedrooms are spacious with good closets as well as drawers for belongings and no complaints about mattresses :) We already reserved for next year!

Family Vacation and Race HQ

Great for large family and close friends in a pleasant community during the "off-season." Check in and check out were easy and seamless, worth the fees. AC was a little frustrating, but worked well once you get the hang of it (all on same mode and assign to one family member to make any changes!). Loved this older home that's been thoroughly remodeled. Close to the beach. Great areas to run. Lots of good seafood. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. We found it convenient for exploring coastal Georgia from Savannah to St. Mary's.

Comfortable Large Home

We enjoyed staying here with all of our kids and grandkids for one week. There are plenty of rooms for eating, visiting and sleeping. We also enjoyed St. Simons Island and all it has to offer. The kids loved playing in the backyard and the large concert driveway. This home was an excellent choice for our family and we would be happy to stay there again.

Great Family Vacation Location

The property was wonderful. Nice house with plenty of room for large groups. The property was in close proximity to several shops and restaurants whether you were driving or walking and easy beach access. Would definitely stay again!

A great family vacation home

The house was in a great location, close to restaurants and beach access. The house was perfectly clean upon arrival. The multiple living areas was great for kids having their own space. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable!

We had 4 adults and 4 kids under 6 stay for a long weekend in March and we loved this rental. So easy to get to the beach and pier village. The house is beautifully furnished and the game room was great for the kids. The house also came helpfully stocked with soap, detergent, and paper towels. It was very convenient to have all the linens and towels supplied. Vacasa was so quick to respond when I had a question about the AC.

Perfect for big group

Perfect for a big group of friends - we had a fantastic time here over a weekend, and plan to return in the summer. The house is well stocked and easily slept 10.
