We highly recommend you catch the Sassy Peach spirit and get transported to relaxing Island time. Wake up and enjoy breakfast on your private porch. Stroll over to the beaches, pier or Neptune park under the canopy of the Spanish moss covered live oaks. You and your friends can enjoy splashing in the heated pool. Or mosey over to nearby beaches. In the evening, walk over to one of the Village’s many fine eateries or put everyone to work in the huge fully equipped kitchen, cooking up Low Country Boil for the entire clan! For dessert hop and skip over to Moo Cow, the best ice cream on the island, just a stone’s throw away.
Sassy Peach Cottage melds charm and space: 5 Bedroom/5 Bathroom (featuring two master suites), gourmet kitchen, amazing great room where the whole family can gather. There is also plenty of space for separate activities, send the kids to the 3rd story suite. The third floor suite has a family room with TV/fridge/microwave/games. All three levels boast private porches with ceiling fans. It is sooooo easy to relax, slow down and smell the azaleas on Island time.

As always, Sassy Peach was the perfect getaway for a friend's relaxing week. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach, the village shops and restaurants. The heated, salt water pool is a bonus.

The Sassy Peach was EXCELLENT place to stay! The house is huge on the inside and our family of 10 had no problem with space! We would stay here again!

A great place walkable to downtown. Plenty of space and a fun 3rd floor area. The pool area is private and has lots of seating.

Sassy Peach was a great vacation home for our family. 7 adults and 1 toddler. It is very spacious. Enough areas between bedrooms, porches and the backyard that you never felt cramped. I don’t think the pictures do it justice though. The kitchen is bigger than you imagine and it has a very large kitchen table that easily sits 8 to 10 people that isn’t pictured. And, of course, you can’t beat the location. A short stroll to the village area. Overall, I highly recommend.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Sassy Peach Cottage. It accommodated our family of 14 (including kids). Very clean, well equipped kitchen, and in a perfect location. The pool was a hit as well. Highly recommend!

Fabulous home for our group of 10, 6 adults 4 children, and our Lab, Emma. Kids, as well as the adults, really enjoyed the pool, and location cannot be beat. Kitchen was well stocked, which was greatly appreciated. Very short walk to, beach, village/pier, and several wonderful restaurants. Excellent communication with owner. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Amazing location and great house. Enough space for two families to be comfortable. Two masters were great house was clean and pool was great!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood, very close to beach and main town. Excellent amenities. Wonderful weekend for our entire family!

Great house. Great location. There was plenty of room for us to have our own space. It was perfect for the birthday girls.

Ideal house in an ideal location on St Simon's Island! We were a small adult family group and the house was big enough for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. The backyard pool was an extra bonus. Liked the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants and shops. Kitchen was well-equipped. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect house for our group of 10 pre-Christmas getaway. Location is awesome and so is the heated pool. Kitchen is very well stocked.

We've been staying at Sassy Peach ever since Brandon and Katie bought it. It's fabulous and perfect for family vacations or a girls' getaway. Great location. Wonderful layout.

Great Summer Vacation Spot!
We loved the Sassy Peach Cottage! It was the perfect house for our family and just a short walk to the beach! We would absolutely stay here again!
