Great Stay

The rental was great for our girls night and was close to many restaurants that we loved!! It was very clean and comfortable! We loved our stay!

Wonderful spot for a getaway

This property is right next to a walking trail and easy access to St Louis. Everything was as described and adorable touches.

Pros and Cons

We booked this for a last minute trip to watch the Blues and the Cardinals. The property manager was very nice and responded quickly and completely to each of my messages. However, this property is not in any kind of a walkable area and is a good 20 minute drive to the Downtown area. Street parking was easily found, and while we didn’t feel unsafe, when we stopped in a nearby CVS and noted to the cashier that it was odd to see laundry detergent under lock and key, he said it was not the best areas, which made me uneasy. The unit itself was very clean, but sparse. There were three beds, but only 2 pillows that could be made with fresh/unused pillowcases. Otherwise, you had to sleep on the shams, which isn’t something I would do in like a hotel. The upstairs neighbor was just living their life, but it was LOUD late into the night. Lastly, I hate write these last two things because the person I communicated with was SO nice….. but despite the cleanliness of the property, there was a pervasive um…. aroma of a …. natural sort. And, finally- the mattress in the bedroom with the TV had a deeeeep hole in the middle and was terribly uncomfortable/ almost like it had been folded in half.

Elizabeth I wish you would have communicated with me on all of this just like you’ve communicated with me about everything else. I would have allowed you to cancel the remainder of your stay and refunded you. Sorry I could not give you $75 off before booking as we give our best price up front and all discounts are integrated in our pricing already. However this apartment is located in Boulevard Heights just minutes away from Carondelet Park surrounded by bike and walking trails so I’m not sure as to why it was not “walkable”. Ive never stated downtown to be close to this unit, however It is approximately a 15 minute drive without lots of traffic but when there’s popular festivities downtown such as cardinals game etc..yes it will take about 20 minutes to get there due to heavy traffic. I’m not sure what CVS store you went to but I’ve never known the area to be “unsafe” and Im not sure why the store itself has products locked, but I have seen this become common in lots of stores around Missouri. We make sure that we supply fresh clean linen. It’s not all “brand new” , however it is cleaned after each and every guest which is mandatory. My apologies about the LOUD neighbor. If it was reported to me I could have warned those guest about noise and depending on the situation I could have asked those guest to leave due to disturbance of peace. The “aroma” I’m not sure about as the unit is always cleaned and satanized. We also supply smell good plug-ins and air fresheners. All of the furniture in the unit is hole free, I tested the mattress you was preferring to and didn’t see that. I also asked the guest that checked in after you all as well and no one’s experienced that or other things you stated to be unpleasant. Thanks

Very nice place. Clean and spacious

Overall, this place is very accommodating. Very nice interior update and very clean. The property manager allowed early check-in since the place was ready and available. Always responded timely to questions about property. The property is an apartment with someone over you. Tenants above were noticeable at late times at night. Even with that, the place and the management made it a wonderful experience and I would stay here again as well as refer to family and friends. Well deservered good rating.

Holiday stay

We loved the location of the property as it was close to walking & biking trails. The owner was very responsive to several issues that popped up. The only downside was the street noise as the house is along a very busy street.
