The host was exceptional and the location cannot be beaten. The beds were very comfortable and check-in was really easy. Anna, the host, was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our only drawback, someone obviously lives there when not rented ie: multiple pairs of shoes were left in the living area, closets overflowing, and personal stuff left all over the apartment and the floors, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, I highly recommended this apartment and its host.

Great Location

We loved our stay here. It was our first time in Paris. Location was incredible being so close to the Eiffel Tower and attractions. Apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable and had all the things we needed for a great vacation. Anna went out of her way to welcome us to Paris, help us plan where to go in Paris and was available to answer questions.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable

The hostess was so friendly and so helpful with information of the surrounding area. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The little shops and restaurants in the area were in convenient walking distance. Best of all, the Effiel Tower was just down the street and around the corner. Perfect place.

Steps to Eiffel Tower

Beautiful house great for couples and family

Substandard bedding... Mattresses were old and soiled. Received bug bites from bed in the smaller room. Apartment was obvious very lived in by the owners, clothes stuffed in closets, shoes by the door, a large piece of art laying against the wall. Very dusty and not as clean as we are accustom to when we rent VRBO's. Rug and couches were also stained with age. Location was great.

convenient!

The location is good. There are a lot of nice grocery stores and traiteurs. The owner was very kind and good person. Since it was a10day stay, I would have liked to have had the room cleaned and bed linens changed during our stay. There are restaurants on the ground floor and some people are noisy late at night.

Anna was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her place will be my go-to every time I return to Paris. The apartment was perfect — two comfortable bedrooms, a gorgeous bathroom with an amazing soaking tub, and a fully equipped kitchen that made everything easy.The location truly cannot be beat. We had a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower from both the living room and the master bedroom — it felt like a dream waking up to it every morning. The building itself was safe, quiet, and very well maintained, and the WiFi worked flawlessly throughout our entire stay.This was the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. If you’re considering booking, do it. I can’t wait to come back.

Gorgeous apartment with a view

My girls and I really enjoyed our stay in this absolutely beautiful apartment, in a secured building, with a view of the Eiffel Tower (the top half can be seen glittering over the building across the street), and only a block or so from the Champ de Mars. There are a number of restaurants within a couple blocks and many other amenties in a 10-15 minute walk. Anna was a wonderful host. She met us at the apartment to go through how things work and gave us many tips and suggestions for the area. We'll definitely be back.

Very disappointed!

We paid a lot of money for the privilege of staying there. Great location, but that’s about it. Cluttered, every closet, drawer, stuffed to the gills. Very poorly appointed, terrible towels that were threadbare, washcloths. Lightbulb burnt out, mismatched dishes, glassware. Second bedroom no dresser or storage, no reading light. Things stuffed under everything, dusty. The refrigerator had their leftover food. Closets stuffed with owners clothing.

Great location. Spacious apartment. Anna was very attentive and gave us a personal introduction to the apartment. Some small improvements would make the stay more enjoyable. The shower and dishwasher need work and cookery cutlery and towels were under done. Apart from those things we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay

Beautiful place to stay very close to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. All within walking distance. So nice to wake up in the morning and enjoy your coffee with a view of the top of the tower! A great place to stay with a family, clean, full kitchen, spacious rooms, full bathroom, laundry, and comfy beds. Our host was so lovely and gracious, responding to our questions promptly. Restaurants, groceries and gift shops just a short walk away. A lovely place to experience Paris!
