Beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower , the Trocadéro, the Arc de Triomphe, from all rooms, 55 sq m apartment located in one of the nicest location of Paris.
I have been living in the apartment for over 15 years and my work allows me nowadays to spend time in the countryside.
So enjoy the apartment !
Lots of museums are walking distance as well as the Champs Elysées ! Live in Paris like a parisian.

What a view!

The pictures on the listing are legit - you can see the Eiffel Tower from EVERY room in the apartment, up close, at all times, including the daily night show that the tower does on the hour until midnight. The bed is very comfortable, and the apartment is very nicely appointed as it is the owner/host's part time residence. The apartment is in a super safe complex and close to the Eiffel Tower, a great shopping area, and the Metro. It was a 12 euro uber drive to anything too. There's a Patisserie nearby for fresh baked goods and coffee in the am as well. Just pack monochromatic outfits (preferably black), scarfs, and comfy shoes, and you'll live like a Parisian!

Perfect Paris

We had a lovely stay and Joelle is a most gracious host. She greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The view is amazing and just as pictured. The Eiffel Tower is even closer than it looks. Conveniently located to the metro, groceries and restaurants. Believe all the reviews you will not be disappointed. Merci Joelle!

Amazing view

Joëlle was great keeping us with updates because of security due to the Olympics. Apartment is well equipped and the view is breathtaking and romantic. It’s located in a nice spot and many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Train station is just a couple of blocks away .

Best views ever!

The property was beautiful and had the best views of the Eiffel Tower we could have asked for. Owner was super sweet and kept in communication from the time we made the booking until the time we checked out. Everything was within walking distance or just a short subway ride. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful apartment with spectacular view!

Based on the photos and description of this place, I had high expectations. As soon as we walked in, the view of the Eiffel Tower exceeded my expectations! Beautiful light shows every night that could be seen from all windows. The unit was lovely and well decorated, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Joelle provided a very thorough guide which explained the use of appliances as well as nearby stores, sites, restaurants, etc. My husband was surprised that the only TV was in the bedroom, but I was delighted that there was not a TV in the living room. We did not travel to Paris to watch TV!! I would definitely recommend Joelle’s apartment for anyone visiting Paris!

A Wonderful Paris Experience

We really enjoyed staying at Joelle's comfortable Paris apartment. We especially loved looking at the Eiffel Tower at all different times of the day and night. Once we got our feet wet, we were able to travel all over Paris by public transportation. Also, we were able to find lovely restaurants in walking distance from the apartment. All in all, we were very happy with our stay.

Excellent in every way

If I could give 10 stars I would. Prior communication, check-in information and details on how to operate every fixture and appliances given before arrival Although pictures are posted we just went WOW at the view. The Eiffel Tower is clearly visible from the bedroom, living room and kitchen. Really impressive The unit was very clean and kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils and condiments Markets and restaurants close by A really nice stay

Paris Vacation

We really enjoyed our time in Paris, mainly because of this property. We were within feet of buses, a few blocks to the subway, and oh… that Eiffel Tower. Check in was smooth and well coordinated. The apartment and local guide book was very well organized and helpful. The owner was very responsive if anything popped up. The property was very well maintained with all the amenities you will need. Local store a few hundred feet down the road for convenience as well. The view alone is worth staying in every night to watch the show. Unreal honestly.

Best Eiffel Tower view ever

This VRBO exceeded my expectations! I was looking for a place with a great view of the Eiffel Tower! Apartment was spacious, clean, safe, close to metro and had perfect Eiffel Tower view from every room since it is on the 12th floor! I loved walks at sunrise along Champ de Mars! Joelle made us feel very welcome and gave us helpful tips for what to see in the area. This apartment was perfect for a couples trip to Paris!

Wonderful NYE Stay

This was the perfect location for my trip to Paris over the New Year's holiday. The views were amazing for New Year's Eve and the location is close to the Eiffel Tower and public transportation. The apartment is beautiful and well maintained and everyone in the community I encountered when coming or leaving was so nice. Joëlle made sure I had everything I needed and sent great details on the community before I arrived and also put together a great binder of additional details of things to do around the city. I would highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Paris!

Paris Honeymoon Stay

The view was amazing! Loved our stay here. Location very close to the eiffel tower and many restaurants. Is to get to other places on the metro stops which are about a 5-10 min walk.

We stayed at Joelle”s apartment for 11 days for our 40th Anniversary and it was absolutely the right place for the right time. We wanted to experience Paris in all its glory and had the best, most romantic time of our lives. The location, accommodations, communication… all Perfect! Thanks Joelle!

Vacation trip

I have to start by saying that we would highly recommend this apartment when staying in Paris. It is in a wonderful neighborhood with tons of resturants within walking and the view of the Effiel tower from every room in the apartment are Fantastic! We were contacted several times throughout arriving in France by the owner arranging the time to meet the person to get into the apartment. Met her exactly on time. Apartment is clean, spacious and well decorated. We would give this more than 5 stars if permited. Loved our stay.

Superb View

Great view as described. The home was well stocked & host responsive to issues we had. AC isn’t the best if the days are warm. The whole check in/check out process let our stay down though. The owner kindly agreed for us to use their car space, but it ended up being such a hassle we should have just used the on-street parking. Having to meet the cleaner who speaks no English at all & leave a deposit for the fob; not being able to check in until 4pm (4 hours past check in time listed) and then having to meet again for the return of the deposit 30minutes before scheduled check out time.

THE BEST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER RENTED

The pictures do not do this place justice, the view is insane. Out of the movies! Even if the view wasn't the best available, I would still give this place 5 stars because they have everything available for your stay. Coffee, Tea, laundry, everything toiletry. This is my favorite stay.

Paris Penthouse

This place was absolutely stunning. The host communicates everything very thoroughly, provided a guide on how to operate the machines in the home as well as recommendations around the area. The home is absolutely stocked with plates, cups, etc etc etc. nothing went without thought here. The view is so much better than the photos. Every room has a perfect view of the Eiffel. The balcony is also a great to sit out and enjoy. It’s a safe and secure apartment complex and located in a great area- with grocery, food, and easy access to metro so close by. I have absolutely no complaints or additional comments on this place other than- wow! I’m thankful I got to stay here for my first trip to Paris!!!

Exquisite apartment with magnificent view

The apartment was perfect with all our needs satisfied. The area is like a small village in Paris, very close to many restaurants, bakery shops & Auchan which is a nice big market! There is a terrific butcher around corner & easy to get to everything you need. The view of the Eiffel Tower is seen from every room. It was perfect! Suffren Cafe, Cafe Fleur, Carmine Cafe, Fermine Cafe we recommend highly. The food, the pastry & croissants are the best. Rue Cler is a 5 minute walk for many outdoor shoppes in a pedestrian area. Superb. Hoho bus is a nearby stop at Tour Eiffel! We also recommend the Hoho bus for a day! ❤️❤️❤️

Perfect Location and Apartment

The location is perfect. Lovely, safe neighborhood, unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower, within walking distance to museums, the Champs Elysees, and many delightful restaurants and brasseries. Joelle, the owner, was always accessible in he event we had questions. The property has many 5 star reviews, all of which are deserved. We would return.

Magnifique

On the 13th floor with a convenient elevator. Very clean. Unbelievable view of the Eiffel tower. Great location. Joelle was readily available for any questions. Washer and dryer. Easy check in and check out. Certainly would stay here again.

Eiffel Tower View

Excellent apt on top floor with gorgeous views of tower from every window! Modern with all amenities, lovely kitchen and bathroom. Very secure building in a residential area. Great for walking to tower, Arc, even walked back from Latin Quarter! Nice restaurants and bakery across the street. Owner was available when needed, even got to meet and she's lovely!! Wished we could have stayed forever!
