Well located to Anchorage attractions and airport. Clean and stocked with everything needed for our stay. Beautiful grounds, two car garage, and outside deck. Host made our stay seamless.

Everything was clean and well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and all necessities were provided. I wish there was a book that told you about the area and cool things to do nearby. Also, If you're not used to the extended daylight you'll have to get some darkening shades to sleep, but they have them that just stick on at Walmart for around 6 (we had to do this).

There were some issues with the house concerning cleanliness, but the host did provide a credit to offset our efforts in washing linens, etc.Overall, a good location, and pleasant lot.

Very clean and very comfortable. Any one wanting to cook would have every amenity necessary for a multi course meal. Lovely kitchen! Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful outdoor space upstairs and ground level. Looking forward to going back summertime.

The house was very pretty and confortable. It had the necessary amenities. Check in process s very easy and the host made herself available for questions or concerns.

The house is not quite as good as the pictures and description made it appear.Calling it "Lake view" is a bit of a stretch since the only way to see the lake is to walk to the very back of the property. The house cleaner was still there when we arrived and was not aware that we were coming, and left some rags in the washing machine.After one night we left to spend two nights down in Seward, and when we returned for one more night, nothing had been done to clean up the place.Having said that however, the place was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were the right size for our party of 4.

The lake view is described as being visible from the back of the property, but I understand that every guest experiences it differently. Regarding arrival, our cleaner was wrapping up because summer is our busiest season and we were likely running slightly behind. The home was fully prepared for your stay. It was amazing to see a bull moose, and a calf (no mama?), in the back yard, in the middle of a subdivision in the middle of Anchorage!

This home is lovely but beware of the steep stairs. These provided a challenge for some in our party. The view is absolutely stunning, especially from the living room. We saw the Northern Lights from here on two nights. The pillows on the beds have seen better days and the windows, while covered with nice shades, let in lots of light, making sleeping difficult. The host was always kind and quick to respond and we enjoyed our time in Anchorage.
