I love the location of this property. Walking distance to Rosemary beach, like 1 block to the Pearl Hotel area with the restaurants. Everything you need is there, bike rentals, parking, restaurants , live music, a liquor store and small grocery store. If you’re an avid walker or runner, you won’t need a bike or car to get to Alys beach

Very happy with our stay! The condo was clean, very close to shopping and dining. The beach was a short walk or you could take the tram. Property Manager handled one small issue very promptly! Will be back!

We have stayed in this area a number of times and always enjoy the location and ease of getting around. This condo didn’t miss on its location. However, the overall cleanliness of the condo, furnishings, flooring, rugs, mold in the shower, dust hanging from walls and pictures and smell was terrible. We had to purchase multi cans of Lysol to mask the odor. We reached out to Realjoy vacations and received a small refund but this didn’t fix the disappointment of our vacation. I will double check before renting from them again.

Great spot for our family

Spacious, walking distance to restaurants and beach, the tram to the beach was perfect. The unit was clean and perfect for our family trip. Would stay here again.

The property was centrally located. All major areas where within walking distances. The apartment could use some upgrade, the bathrooms especially. The all white walls and furniture need cleaning as well and the ornaments dusting. The beach is only 5 minutes away; however, it can be dreadful when carrying the chairs, umbrellas and beach bag. The beach was packed with no space for a couple of chairs. Only a small portion of the private beach is available for us because they are the "backyard" of the houses on the beach.

Enjoyed our stay

Our family of 4 enjoyed our spring break stay. Great location and enough room for all of us! We enjoyed the patio area- it was great being able to listen to the live music from the patio.

A great stay in 30A!

We had a great time staying in 30A. The location is perfect, with many great restaurants within walking distance, plus a short walk or shuttle ride to one of the best beaches in the world. We lucked out with perfect weather too. Gorgeous sunsets, walks on the beach and delicious meals and desserts.

Great stay.

Great, stay! Property was close to everything! Perfect spot between Alys and Rosemary. Very comfy master bed. Would highly recommend renting the beach chairs down at the beach… It is very overcrowded.

Family Vacay

My mom, husband, myself and our 2 year old year old stayed here for 5 days. We each had our own room. Beds were comfy and house was just what we needed. We LOVED the location. So much to walk to in the area. The two pools at the resort were perfect for small kids & adults.The shuttle to the beach was nice but that private beach area was tiny and packed. I would certainly stay here again but knowing I wouldn’t go back to that area of the beach.

Great condo with a great location!

We loved our stay at this condo for spring break. The location was where all the action was, but that worked out well for our teenagers. The only issue we had was the guest bathroom bathtub did not drain at all. We had maintenance come out, but it still was an issue. Other than that, everything was great!

Could of been great

The owners need their money back from cleaning crew. Couldn’t let baby on floor it was filthy. Master shower had mold all over door and just a spraying of grout out would’ve fixed it. Such a shame because it was a nice place.
