This pet-friendly 2BR/2BA duplex apartment on the second floor is conveniently located in the desirable Montrose neighborhood.

Featuring tasteful decor & functional design, the apartment has 2BRs with king-sized beds, 2 Bathrooms, 1 kitchen, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Guests enjoy the convenience of gated and off-street parking for 2 vehicles.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Both bedrooms feature a 65” TV. There is also an outdoor area that is perfect for gatherings.

This newly remodeled ~2,200 sq ft duplex second floor apartment is located in the heart of Houston and offers 2BR & 1BA. We are walking distance from Houston's best restaurants, shops, and sights.

The open-concept living and dining room is tastefully decorated with a modern-chic design and features a fireplace and plenty of natural light.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts new appliances, classic white cabinets, and white subway tiles.

The bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, TVs, and connected to a 3-piece bathroom with newly remodeled vanities and subway tiles.

The outdoor area is covered and decorated with hanging lights, making it suitable for any weather. It features patio furniture, a picnic bench, and a ping pong table.

Pets are welcome, and the house has semi gated front and back areas for dogs to play in.

Guest access:

The apartment is equipped with state of the art Schlage Encode automated locks for easy and secure access, with the code and visual check-in instructions provided at least 24 hours before arrival.

The apartment is on the ground floor. Guests must climb 13-15 stairs to access the unit.

Two non covered, gated, off-street parking spots are provided, and additional parking is available on Fairview Street.

Overall are stay was good. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. This place is good for short term in my opinion. The house was hot when I checked in at 5pm. It was not until a little after 10 before it cooled off. We would stay again for a couple nights.

The apartment sits empty between guests through a Houston summer, so it takes time to pull down once the AC is running. Centrally located. Unit is as pictured. Only drawback is WIFI is sketchy. However, that isn't a reason to not stay here. I will book again next time I am in Houston.

Great Spot, Location and Unit is Exactly As Expected

This place is affordable in the heart of Montrose. It was exactly as expected from the listing. Everything in the unit was clean and they provide hand soap, dish soap, as well as a sponge for washing dishes. Everything worked well including the AC. The design of the living room was exactly as shown and was comfortable.

Cuidado con esta propiedad. No es lo que se ve en las fotos. Es administrada por un grupo no un host, asi que no se hacen responsables de nada, pero algo tan sencillo como que este limpia la casa no se responsabilizan y te piden te comuniques con el soporte de Vrbo. Es por eso que tienen la politica de no reembolsable, no les interesan los huespedes.Quien te contesta como host solo te dice que le va a decir a su jefe y de ahi ya no te dan respuesta. Muy mala experiencia.Nosotros estuvimos esperando 4 hr en la propiedad para respuesta de que estaba sucia y fueran a limpiar, nos hicieron hablar con soporte de Vrbo. Soporte tampoco localizaba a los host y no tenian respuesta. A partir de ese momento ya los mensajes directos en la aplicacion y los que te envian por whatsapp nunca eran contestados.Imposible la comunicacion para que te resuelvan y por consiguiente para que te reembolsen. Un problema que no fue de nosotros sino de la propiedad es garantia de solucion o reembolso lo cual no paso. Vrbo no recibe respuestas del host.

Thank you for the feedback, and I’m sorry the stay didn’t work out. For anyone reading this review, I do think the documented message history provides important context. The bedding concern was raised on the evening of arrival. We replied in writing that same night, asked for photos so we could act on it, and offered housekeeping, replacement bedding, or other corrective measures. The following day our property manager offered to come to the apartment within thirty minutes, and she did attend and inspect the property in person. After the stay, you wrote that you did not want to negatively impact our rating, but that if you did not receive a refund you would leave your complaints in the public review. We do not believe a refund should determine the content or rating of a guest review. We respect every guest’s right to share an honest experience, including criticism when we fall short.
