I thought the place was well kept and offered a nice stay for a friend group coming together from all over. The backyard is great with a variety of options.

Owners or rental company was great, tentative and very efficient. Place was adorable! Not familiar with Miami area so didn't realize where or what the area was like. But loved the communication and the place.

GREAT stay for a big group!

We had such a lovely time at Villa Tranquillo! The house is extremely clean, and the back yard is even better than the photos! Extremely convenient location. I would absolutely stay here or in another 'Big House' location again in the future

Nice place

I enjoyed my stay at this location. I could definitely sleep 10 people easily. The backyard is also wonderful with the pool and hot tub. I would stay here again if I needed to.

Our stay was great, loved the house and Jonah was a great host! The only reason we didn't give an 'excellent' rating was because the hot tub was set at a limit heat of 82 degrees so not a 'hot' tub at all. Everything else was great!!

Great spot for large group.

Great spot. We stayed here for love burn and was nice that everyone had a bed. House was missing small things like hangers, place to put luggage, kettle and broom. Lights are aggressively bright but non of these things ruined the trip. Would definitely stay here again. The back yard is a great place to hang out.

Bachelor Party Trip

We had a group of 12 staying for a long weekend and found the property to suit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed having the back yard area with the pool and hot tub while we were between activities. It is a 15 minute Uber from the downtown area and slightly more to south beach. The property was clean and would be perfect for a large group looking to visit Miami.

The location was a big plus because it was close to plenty of great restaurants, and getting around Miami by car was easy and convenient.The house itself, however, was disappointing. It seemed older than expected and didn't feel as clean as it should have upon arrival. It was also missing some basic essentials, including enough towels and washcloths, which made our stay less comfortable. With better cleaning and a few simple upgrades to the amenities, this property could provide a much better guest experience. Pool and hot tub was nice to soak in after a long day, however it too wasn't very clean.

Great location, responsive and accommodating host

Stayed for a long weekend with friends for an away game and a day of fishing. Amazing location with a short to Little Havana for food, drinks, and fun. Reasonable ride-share fare to the marinas and water front. Host responded to all of my inquiries in days leading up and during our stay. Had a blast, no issues or complications. Highly recommend.

Great house - just like described and with all the ammenities you need

We had a really lovely stay at the Big House. The location was fantastic with lots of restaurants and shops walking distance in Little Havana. The house was clean and just like described in the listing. The house had all the comforts you need and the beds were really comfortable. Everything worked great and the backyard was a nice little oasis. The communication with the host was fast and thorough. We really appreciated the host agreeing to letting us film and photograph on one of the days while we were there. Overall it's a 5 star and we'd definitely rent again when in Miami next time. thank you.

Great option for a big group

Rented this house for a bachelorette with 10 girls total. I was most interested in a place with common areas that were great for hanging out - the living room, kitchen, and yard with the pool and hot tub were perfect. House was also in a good location for going out in Brickell and Downtown. Sleeping areas were compact but perfectly serviceable. The one downside was that there were only two bathrooms, but that was clear from the get-go and just merited some planning ahead / taking turns. Overall did the trick for the price point and group size. Host was helpful regarding extra supplies and late-check out option

Broken window mini blinds in bedroom & bathroom, no privacy curtains, outside lighting through windows like daytime a completely joke will never ever consider this place again

Casa bella e funzionale, peccato che in una camera non c'era l'armadio ma una cassettiera rotta ed inutilizzabile, ho dovuto usare un letto per i vestiti, ho segnalato e non hanno sistemato il problema. la televisione non funzionava ma hanno risolto dopo 7 gg. Piscina sporca ma hanno risolto in pochi giorni. Non c'era mocho per lavare pavimenti. Tutto il resto andava bene.
