This home offered everything we were looking for during our stay. We got to play tourists and come home to comfort and relax and unwind from our busy days. Our 10 year old did not want to leave. They ended each day playing in the pool, taking a shower and going to bed. It had all the comforts of home.

Great Place to stay

This was a great place to stay. The propery was clean and in what felt to be a safe neighborhood. Close to reataurants, shopping and gas. The game room was a bonus for our kids between 10-14 yo and adults as well. Enjoyed the spacious home.

Amazing place to stay!!!

This property was great!! We all enjoyed the pool and the covered deck, even on the one rainy day that we had. The property manager, Dan, was easy to communicate with and responding in a quick manner. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to our family and friends. The house was clean and very roomy for the 6 of us. Thank you again Dan for doing a great job!!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood except for the annoying little dog next door at 566 that barks non stop next door while you are out back trying to relax at the pool.

Weekend Reunion with Florida Family

This was my first time renting a home here in Florida, and I didnt know what to expect. The house did not disappoint. The inside provided us with both areas to gather and areas for privacy. We especially enjoyed eating meals on the lanai and sitting by the pool sharing conversations and coffee. The Host was easy to get a hold of when we had a quick qyestion. Overall, a great property and perfect respite!

Would not stay again

Positive: it was a nice space, great pool. Unfortunately the home itself was very dated, a lot of disrepair, a toilet was continuously running, the kitchen sink had a horrible smell. Most importantly, the WiFi was not connected to the internet. I reached out to the home owner and Vrbo several times and never received a reply from either, which was very disappointing, especially considering all TVs were smart TVs so we were unable to enjoy any tv during our stay. I would not recommend this Vrbo.

Plenty of rentals in the Orlando area, do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK THIS ONE! This home is not beautiful, nor does it have a heated pool (fine print it’s not included) the “waterfront” is gross even just to look at, don’t even think about fishing or going outside there’s a gator that keeps a very close eye. Found a mound of hair in the shower (the base feels soggy like you might fall through it, shower door handle broken in master) Saw a couple small cockroaches. One of the beds has a three inch deep Indention in it, nobody wanted to sleep in there. The ceiling fan in another sounds like it’s going to fall off the ceiling. Hightop dining tables only not good for young kids. Pool hose adding water daily so it never felt warm and was dirty The photos of the pool area are not accurate, the lovely palms replaced with piping, cement, empty flower pots and ripped screens. microwave was dirty and the handle falling off. The knobs on the stove are holding on for dear life, falling off and had superglue inside indicating it wasn’t the first time. Game room, while a nice idea is hot and gross as it’s in the garage. The sheets in one room pilling and old, Comforter in master stained, old carpeting. While it is only about 12 miles to the Disney area I’d book closer if your looking to do parks as the traffic is horrible. This house needs some major TLC . The neighborhood was quiet, stores and restaurants are close if I had to say anything positive at all to say about it.

The lake behind the home is part of Florida’s natural environment, and wildlife sightings can occasionally occur throughout the area. At the same time, we’re proud that many guests before and after this stay have enjoyed the home and left positive 5-star reviews regarding cleanliness, comfort, and location. Pros: good location, close to almost everything. Cons: The house needs TLC. The master bathroom sliding shower door needs to be fixed or replaced; only one side works. The shower floor is cracked significantly so shower with feet spread out. I paid for heat for the pool but was never able to enjoy the pool because it was not clean. There’s a film of algae floating on top of water and you can clearly see the pool itself needed a good scrubbing and better filtration. The pool net is broken so no point of using that. The pool area also needs a good cleaning; black stains in seating area can be scrubbed or power washed. Also, the area has cob webs that makes it feel like no one is keeping up with it.The most uncomfortable part of all this is the fact that we found roaches inside the house a few times. One bedroom has terrible lighting, another bedrooms bed was flat (air mattress) and the game room basketball balls were deflated so no game time for anyone. Also, the outside trash bin from the previous renters was not emptied prior to our arrival so our trash barely fit.

Juli and her family were absolutely wonderful guests to host. They were able to treat the place with respect, have a great time and enjoy the area. I would most certainly host them again and similarly would recommend them to other hosts.
