Our home is on a quiet Midtown Memphis street. You will see neighbors out walking, waving and greeting you, or sitting on their front porches waving hello.

This 1930s Cape Cod home was completely renovated in 2022 from the studs up, & we made sure the home's history & charm remained but with many amenities.
Our home is near all main thoroughfares & many Memphis attractions. Memphis Zoo, Downtown, Overton Square, FedEx Forum, & Cooper-Young.

We kept this 1930s charm & history with an open front porch, broken tile entryway, solid-wood red & white oak floors, cast iron tub, and more!

We kept solid wood doors, actual bead board on the front & back porches, crystal door knobs, a one-of-a-kind copper-inlay fireplace facade, true-to-period lighting, knotty pine paneling, penny-style floor tile, and much more!

You will love having lots of space to spend with family & friends. The main floor has two large-sized bedrooms: one king-sized bed and one queen-sized bed.
There is plenty of room in the living area with two sofas for everyone to gather and watch movies on a 55" Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming services.

The upstairs area has a queen-sized bed, a fold-out double bed, a sitting room, and a full bathroom with a rain shower & a deep soaker tub with a towel/blanket warmer!

The flex area space beyond the kitchen offers a loveseat sofa that converts to a twin bed. This space has toys and games for kids and fun for families.

We hope you enjoy sitting on the front porch and around a backyard fire with your family & friends.

We have a dedicated space with a desk with a monitor and printer available if you need to do work during your visit. An adaptor is available for connecting to Apple computers.

Our home is close to all main thoroughfares & many Memphis must-see attractions like the Memphis Zoo, FedEx Forum, Overton Square, Beale Street, Cooper-Young, and Overton Shell & Park.

The key box is attached at the bottom of the front door.

We have a 240 Volt outlet for you to charge your EV vehicle. Be sure to bring your adapter.

This was the CLEANEST, NICEST, WELL-OUTFITTED VRBO home that we have EVER stayed in (our 9th VRBO rental)!!! It's conveniently located and exactly as described.Communication, with Karen, was easy and prompt. There are so many niceties, throughout, such as power trips/surge protectors and multi-port USB hubs. Their kitchen has everything you should need and multiples of most -- not just 4 plates and mismatched glasses, like we have encountered, other places.As my Mother-in-Law stated, "This is the first place I've stayed, in I can't remember how long (and she and my late Father-in-Law used to travel, at least every month) that I felt comfortable taking off my socks and walking barefoot -- it's just so clean!"Simply put -- I'm unsure if/when we will revisit Memphis, but, if we do, the only reason we won't be staying here, would be if it is already booked.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay. The location was close by all of the sites we wanted to see - Graceland, Beale Street, Memphis Zoo, National Civil Rights Museum - and more! The house had plenty of space for us to gather as a family and for us to spread out when we wanted to. We took advantage of the backyard and played bags and read on the porch. Karen was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Between vacations and work trips, I'm a frequent guest at VRBOs. I can honestly say I've never had a better host or a more comfortable rental home! I would stay at this VRBO on repeat if I could.The home is absolutely beautiful, but even more importantly -- it's comfortable and clean. The host has thought of every possible need you might have, from kitchen gadgets to throw blankets to extra pillows. You name it -- it's here. And the location is very central to all of our must dos -- downtown, UTHSC, Gibsons Donuts, and great shopping!We were very appreciative to find a rental that allowed small parties as we were in town for a celebration. The host was very responsive to our questions. Checking in and out was a breeze! I honestly can't give this place enough kudos. I hope to be back next time we're in Memphis!

This was a perfect home for our long weekend in Memphis. The five of us had plenty of space, and we enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and other nice details like plenty of towels!

All you need to bring is your toothpaste, deodorant, and clean clothes. This is the most thoughtfully stocked VRBO ever. I have stayed in a lot of rentals and they all pale in comparison to this one. 100000000 out of 10 stars.

Perfect get away

We loved this rental. It had all the extras you could want. It was perfect for three couples but would also be great for families with kids too. Neighborhood was great. We will be booking this rental again!

Girls getaway

We loved Karen’s home. Beautifully done and furnished with everything we needed. Close to all the places we wanted to see. Would definitely rent this home again.

Felt Like Home

My wife and I were very impressed with how nice this house was. Karen was a great host and really cares about her guest. The house had everything you could need for an extended stay and then some. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

We had a wonderful time, the owner was so accommodating. This place is really close to the zoo. We jetted over to Arkansas one day to see the eclipse which was spectacular!
