Chic 2BR Direct Oceanfront Condo 409 Shorewood Villas

409 Shorewood is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 4th floor villa, offering spectacular direct oceanfront views. You can watch the sunrise from your balcony, which is shared between the living room and the master bedroom. Beautifully decorated, the living room offers a queen sized sleeper sofa, and a 52 inch flat panel TV with HDTV featuring Blu-Ray DVD. There are new wood and tile floors throughout. The kitchen has updated cabinets, counter tops, Kuerig and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen, loaded with the essentials, also has amazing views of the ocean. It is no surprise to spot a pod of dolphins from the villa window!

The master bedroom offers a king bed with a private bath with a walk-in shower w/grab bars. There is a wall-mounted 32 inch flat panel TV with HDTV and Blu-Ray DVD. Guests have access to a sliding glass door leading to the balcony with an unobstructed view of the ocean and beach.

The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds with a 27 inch flat panel TV. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom with a combination bathtub/shower also with grab bars.

Towels, linens, and bath soap/shampoo are provided. There is no smoking in the unit. Pets are not permitted. Please note - no items may be hung from or attached to the balcony railings at anytime.

The Shorewood Complex is located in the highly desirable Forest Beach area and is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza which offers dozens of shops and restaurants. There is a large oceanfront swimming pool with zero-entry and a water feature for kids to play. Other amenities include a children’s pool, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a private beach walk.

Living room furniture definitely needs replaced. Very scratchy to the skin and had a definite musty odor. Other than that no complaints.

Great place to stay!!! The condo is beautiful! The location can’t be beat. We saw dolphins almost everyday from our balcony. Communication with host was wonderful. Definitely going back.

Check in was easy. The unit was very spacious and welcoming with a big picture window in the livingroom. The deck was accessible from both the livingroom and bedroom, making for a wonderful view of the ocean. The unit was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed it!

We enjoyed a long weekend stay at this property. The close proximity to the beach and family friendly pool were the perfect features for a nice vacation.

Nice condo with a beautiful view

Great location, beautiful ocean view, we enjoyed the sunrise from the balcony. Easy access to the beach, and the pool was very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Property and View!

We had a really good experience renting this property! The view was amazing, and the finishes throughout the condo were high quality. The response from the property manager was excellent too. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing property. Family of four had a wonderful time. Up and over the dune and on the beach!Walking distance to everything. Exactly as described. Very clean. Pool and hot tub area extra bonus! Great communication. Hopeful to return in the future and would highly recommend!

Great Location

Overall a great place to stay for a family vacation to the beach! From the beginning of booking the property owner had great communication and was very prompt in answering any questions. The property was clean and very convenient to local shopping and to the beach. The view from the condo was spectacular. The condo was stocked with everything needed for our trip. We will definitely consider coming back and staying at this condo.
