Celebrating Aunt’s 85th bday

Many memories were made, cards around the table, hot tub relaxing and laughs aplenty! Lovely home and host. I highly recommend this family home.

Wonderful Stay at this beautiful house!

We really enjoyed the property. Huge space with room for everyone. Its close to food & ammenities & right on the golf course. The house is clean, well furnished and has everuthing we needed for a great stay!

Amazing Neighborhood

We absolutely loved our stay. They house had plenty of room for our party of seven adults. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after a long day. We loved the location on the island, we were able to see so much and still be close to the residence. The beach is right down the road. We enjoyed the quiet secure neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The communication was amazing! Thank you for a great family vacation!!!

Great Getaway with all the comforts of Home

The property was just as listed and the owners were communicative and informative. They provided more amenities than expected with toiletries, spices, coffee/tea, etc. The hot-tub was fabulous and we used it several times. A little too cold for the pool this time, but it was a pretty addition. It is a wide open layout that encouraged the group to sit together around the kitchen/den. The location was central and max 20 minutes to anything on the island

Nice place!

Our stay was great. The house had plenty of room and a nice kitchen and dining table for family meals. The hot tub was great.

Perfect house for a family gathering!

Plenty of space for us! 4 adults and 6 kids! The kids absolutely loved the heated pool and we loved the hot tub and golf course views!

Smoky fun spot

House with plenty of room for 8, hot tub a real treat, furnishings were all comfortable and clean. Location is picture perfect. Manager was very easy to communicate with.

Great spot in Hilton Head

The house was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Enough room for everyone. We really enjoyed the location and the easy of using everything at the home. Nice touches like enough towels, laundry soap, etc. Hope to stay there again.

Truly a wonderful property!

This house was perfect for our group of two couples, two single adults and an infant. The rooms were great, the living spaces very nice for spreading out or congregating together. Everything we needed was there from a travel crib for the baby to trash bags and extra toothbrushes. Having a pool, hot tub and pool table were lovely amenities. We hope to return!

Hunt/Biery Vacation

The property is in a beautiful setting in Shipyard backing up to a golf course. The outside seating areas were comfortably situated for conversations and enjoyment of the pool and surrounding wooded areas. It has a spacious and well appointed kitchen in addition to 2 large great rooms! The game room was really popular and such a fun addition! The neighborhood is simply beautiful! We loved staying there!

Wonderful Property

This was a beautiful home with plenty of room for three adult couples to spread out. We looked forward to the pool and hot tub after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well appointed and the host added little touches of extra toothbrushes, razors and shaving gel! The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return soon!

Awesome Pool

The house is awesome!! There was a lot of room. Our family had room yo be together and play games but also could be alone. The hot tub was great after a day on bikes or at the beach! The host was very attentive and helpful through a couple glitches. We would stay there again!

Beautiful house

We had a great time in Hilton Head. The house was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very clean and well furnished. We didn’t have to purchase anything extra for our stay. The backyard with pool and hot tub was also great, although it was a little chilly during our visit, so we didn’t get to use the pool, but the hot tub was great. The beach access was also close and easily accessible. Overall a great vacation!

2024 Family Vacation

Thanks so much to Frank and Heather for providing such an amazing home for our family vacation. No detail was overlooked from an incredibly well stocked gourmet kitchen to four bathrooms that were equipped with all necessary supplies. With two great rooms we had lots of room to watch TV or just look out the window at the pool and golf course. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Also our older kids found the walk to the beach was quick and easy. We plan to visit again.

Thanksgiving hideaway

We had 3 properties however this house was used the most. So many places to hang out. Weather was cool so we couldn't use the pool. Family played golf on the course. Clean and warm.

Hilton Head Holiday Haven

This was a wonderful property for our family of six. Beautiful large lot full of trees and lush vegetation. We enjoyed relaxing on the gigantic deck while appreciating the sights, sounds, and smells of nature. The house was clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and large enough to spread out. The hosts were great communicators. The thorough house guide, including AV instructions, was a nice touch as well. Location was perfect with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping.

Ideal Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The rooms are large for family gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked with the great cooking area. It was very quiet and it backed up to a nice golf course. We all really enjoyed the hot tub! We walked to Caligny Plaza daily for coffee, which was awesome. The beds were super comfy and it was wonderful to have four bedrooms. Loved the pool table! We asked for some extra blankets and the host delivered them within a couple hours. The hosts were very responsive about any questions that we had. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

FANTASTIC HOUSE!

This house was wonderful for 6 of us. With a heated pool, hot tub, and pool table, it was like a resort for the boys (ages 11 and 13). The house itself was extremely comfortable for all of us, with the bedrooms all in one area. It was always quiet in the sleeping rooms, away from the two living rooms and kitchen and dining area. We cooked full meals and all the the pots, pans, plates, serving utensils, etc., were available. We strongly recommend this house.

Amazing home and property

Great amenities. Beautiful home with plenty of space for friends or families to relax and play. Cozy couches, loved the fireplace, fire pit, and jacuzzi at night in November. The outdoor space is so nice and the yard is gorgeous. You can hang out by the pool or pay a little extra and rent bikes from the owners. They have 6 beach cruisers so one speed only. It took us about 15 min to ride from the house to the beach. It’s a beautiful ride and a good workout! I will definitely be back and will rent this home again. Heather is a fantastic host!
