This house worked perfectly for our trip up from Denver for fall break. The house was very clean and while we didn’t use the kitchen to cook anything, we definitely could have because it had everything you could need. The kids loved the basement with the bunk beds and tv room. Our favorite part of our stay was a chilly night out in the hot tub! You could see the stars and hear the river. Truly relaxing!!

The house had all the amenities you are looking for more, convenient to attractions, and a great spot on the river. Loved watching everyone floating by. Amazing deck with hot tub, gas grill, and seating arrangements.

We had such a wonderful Labor Day weekend at this beautiful Glenwood Springs home! It was the perfect getaway for our family and exactly what we needed.The home was comfortable, incredibly well stocked, and in a great location close to downtown Glenwood Springs, the hot springs, and plenty of restaurants. We especially loved spending time by the river, relaxing in the hot tub, and gathering around the fire pit.Our host was exceptional! It was obvious that a lot of thought and care went into making the home comfortable and welcoming for guests. Everything we could possibly need was provided, and the attention to detail made our stay easy, relaxing, and truly feel like a home away from home.There’s something special about fresh mountain air, time with family, and slowing down long enough to make great memories. We even got the unexpected excitement of seeing a bear during our stay!A wonderful home, an outstanding host, and a beautiful location. It was the perfect Labor Day weekend getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again!

The house is in an older neighborhood on a lovely private lot with plenty of room. It was comfortably appointed but we only spent a little time inside because the back deck, hot tub, fire pit, view and sound of the river kept us outside! The biggest surprise was the hidden path down to the river’s edge. If we’d had more time we’d have logged it down there. The basement bedroom bunkbeds are most appropriate for kiddos but our grown ups survived thanks to generous use of the hot tub!). We would stay again for sure.

This always a perfect home for our family fall getaway! The views from it are stunning. And it’s truly right on the river. You have to take the path down to check out the river and skip some rocks! Kids loved the front swing too! Hot tub was super hot and so amazing! We had an amazing time!

The place was even more beautiful than the pictures show. It was a perfect place for our family of 7 to use as a home base for our CO vacation. The location on the river is beautiful and we loved watching the sun set and moon rise over the mountains each night from the deck. Kenny is a great host and was great to work with. We loved Glenwood Springs

Nice Place to Stay!!!

This is a beautiful home. Nice and clean! Easy access to Glenwood Springs and has awesome bike paths. Nice and quiet with the river running along side of it. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the river.

Beautiful home and amazing views! The location was excellent and close to everything you would want to do in Glenwood Springs! Hosts were attentive to anything we would need. Highly recommend for families!

Lovely Glenwood stay!

We had 8 friends from around the country meet in Glenwood and we really enjoyed this property. Beautiful patio, cozy fireplace, nice location on the river. We would stay again and would be great for two young families traveling together.

Beautiful Escape

Loved staying at this property! The home had everything we needed, and the hot tub was super easy to work. The location is perfect - you are surrounded by mountains and can hear the river running from the deck. We will absolutely stay here next time we want to have a weekend getaway in CO.
