Spacious beach-chic interiors inspire a vacation state of mind with high-end furnishings and pastel hues. As a part of the tropical community at The Dawn, enjoy access to two shared pools, a hot tub, and an on-site fitness center. Netflix, a Wii, and two premium rollaway beds are also provided. Kid-friendly extras include a beach chair, beach toys, a high chair, and a crib.

With pedestrian beach access just across Seawall Boulevard, you’ll be splashing in the surf in no time. An assortment of casual restaurants and shops are also steps from your door. Explore nearby island attractions like Schlitterbahn, Pleasure Pier, and Moody Gardens.

THINGS TO KNOW
The parking rate for 1-3 days is $36.70 plus tax ($3.30), a total rate of $40.00. The parking rate for 3 or more days is $45.88 plus tax ($4.12), a total rate of $50.00.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
