Location, location, location! Top level, Oceanfront, Beachfront, 2 Minute walk to Old Town Kapa'a, next to the Kauai's Coastline Bike Path (Ke Ala Hele Makalae ) and A/C! The minute you walk in you will be mesmerized by the sweeping views of the Coconut Coast. As our second home we have made it comfortable w/ Caspar King beds, a super well- equipped kitchen and even beach accessories! This condo is halfway between Poipu and Princeville making travel easy. This is our Paradise. Enjoy!

Very nice property. Clean, roomy, fully equipped kitchen, A/C. Convenient location. Beautiful ocean view. Everyone at the complex was helpful. The host was communicative and understanding.Our stay was cut short by Hurricane Lowell, but I would stay in this property anytime. Except during a hurricane.

We had the best week staying here! The condo was beautiful and the AC worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable and the whole place had everything we needed. The ocean view was perfect. It was all so clean and spacious. The owners were so sweet because we came right after hurricane Lala and they let us know how the streets were and how there was power at the resort before we flew to Hawaii. They were caring and responsive. And the town of Kapaa was so beautiful. I would stay here again in this exact same condo in a heartbeat. And the beach outside our door was so fun to swim and relax in. Zero complaints.

We stayed here with our daughter and our grandchildren so there were 8 of us! The kitchen was very well equipped and so we always had plenty of dishes and silverware! Having 3 bedrooms was great with all the beds we needed! Most importantly, we had a FANTASTIC balcony with a view of the ocean, which we utilized daily! Also, our hosts were always quick to respond if we had any questions. Overall, we were very pleased with this property!

Our stay was amazing! The unit was amazing! The location is perfect, centrally located on the east side for getting to activities on either nirth or south sides of the island. When we come again we will definitely try to stay in this unit again!

Unit was clean and check in process was easy. The hosts included a book with great information on how to keep the unit cool, as well as some of their favorite places in the area!

This property met all of my expectations. Location was oceanfront with an awesome view from the lanai. It was steps from the walking trail, easy walking to local markets, restaurants, food trucks and more. The condo was updated and very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were conveniently stocked with necessities. Upstairs loft was perfect for our three grandchildren, ages 8,10 and 12. There was an abundance of water toys, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and umbrellas to use. There were very clear directions on how to run the A/C, TV and other appliances. Also included great suggestions for activities and dining.This was our first family vacation together with our son and his family. It was an unforgettable trip that our grandchildren will always remember.

The host provided excellent communication before and throughout the stay. The home was immaculate, had every amenity imaginable, was comfortable. I'd be hard pressed to say we've had a better VBRO and we've had many! I'd go back to this VRBO without any hesitation.

This was a great place to stay! Great views of the beach right off the balcony, walking distance to downtown Kapaa and very clean. They even provided beach towels and beach gear. Would stay again!

The best part of this condo is watching the wales play, right from the balcony! The little beach area steps from the home is a perfect place to lounge and play with kids. It’s centrally located with so much right within walking distance. The perfect little paradise! We’ll be back!

Everything was good except maybe a better mattress for the pull out bed in the loft and let people know if they r using the ac that they will not be on the lanai with hot air plowing on them when it runs would have been nice to have a fan out there the hosts were great quick to respond always pleasant had a good stay view was excellent

We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our Kauai getaway, and this Kapa'a condo delivered on every front.The updated furnishings are beautiful — modern, tasteful, and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and there was lots of space for our family of 4 adults.What sets this condo apart is how well-equipped it is, not only in the kitchen, but also an impressive selection of beach gear: cooler, umbrellas, chairs, and everything else you'd need to spend a day on the water.The ocean-side setting is stunning and the coastal walking path was great for morning and evening walks/runs.Location-wise, Kapa'a is hard to beat. We found it easy to reach both the North Shore and the South Shore without feeling like we were spending our vacation in the car. Restaurants and shops, were all within easy reach.Betsy was great to communicate with, and we would absolutely stay here again. We recommend this condo anyone looking to experience Kauai at its best!

It had to be Oceanfront and Beachfront. Walking out of your condo and right into the ocean is the BEST! We fell in love with the town of Kapa'a and love how centrally located it is on the island. Easy to get to Poipu, Waimea Canyon, and Princeville too!

Having an Elevator is Key! Plus being on the top floor not only gives us the BEST Views, it also means no pesky footsteps above!
