Two levels for privacy. Enter on the 2nd level. Full remodeled kitchen with ocean views, lanai for whale watching. Living and dining room. 2 bathrooms on the upper level; one ensuite. Remodeled walk-in shower in Master bath. Queen size bedroom/ bathroom ensuite and separate lanai with full kitchen on lower level with separate entrance. Lower-level boasts ocean front master king suite with private access both inside and out. Third bedroom is also ocean front with 2 twin beds. Full bathroom is shared in hall. Walk in shower and full bath ensuite. Each bedroom has televisions and access to Netflix, etc. Ocean Bluff location for the beauty and sound of the water. Ocean views. Full size new laundry appliances.

Amenities include: 2 Pools, 2 Jacuzzis, kids playground, newly resurfaced professional tennis courts, basketball court, Pickle Ball, BBQ areas, bicycles, ocean frontage, pitch and putt golf. Concierge onsite to book all of your vacation needs. Onsite food trucks and meet and greet Mai Tai bar.

Tamara’s place was so perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space. All of the beds were cozy. Having 4 bathrooms was amazing! The kitchen was stocked well. Kitchen was fully equipped. I did leave a coffee grinder for the next guests. Very comfortable unit. It was just right for our family. Our only issue was the renovations of bathrooms in the units above and next to us. It was quite noisy.

Was nice to sit on the lanai at the bar to watch for whales. Good views of the ocean. I like to stay at the Cliffs. Good ocean views in the bluff, good location in Princeville. This unit was 3 bedrooms with a lock out unit that made the 4th bedroom. Tamera answered all questions quickly. Highly recommend this unit.

Thank you for your 5 star review. I do have all beach accessories including the golf clubs! All were in the outdoor lower closet. We conversed a few times and you mentioned all was great and your family was having a great time. If inky you wouldve mentioned the clubs, I would have reassured you where they were located. For many good golfers, theyb are hardly "good enough", but fun enough. So glad you enjoyed your stay!

This location is perfect! We saw whales almost daily! The condo is fully stocked with everything you could need for a beach day and had a very well stocked kitchen. There was even a child's bike, which was a big hit. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs as well as the food trucks that were in the parking lot almost every day. The beds are comfortable, the condo felt roomy enough for 5 adults and 2 kids, and the availability of a washer and dryer in unit came in handy for our stay. This location is easy to travel to and from other towns to get out and see the sights and our host was prompt in communication. Opening up the use of her vehicle was very helpful for our large family! We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends visiting in the future.

We had a great stay here. Saw many whales from the condo. Saw a beautiful rainbow the day we were leaving. Everyone in the condo complex was very friendly. It felt very safe. Would highly recommend!

We love sitting on the lanai and watching the whales jump and the beautiful sunsets. Our condo is a premium location which is in building 9 which is ocean bluff frontage. This allows you privacy and a continuous ocean view.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We fell in love with the simplicity and beauty of the island. The Cliffs is the only resort with the most acreage per unit which means you aren't squished in an apartment like building while on a beautiful island. Our unit is located in an amazing setting, with nothing between you and the ocean except a well manicured lawn. We love watching the whales from the lanai. Our favorite trips are bicycling around the neighborhood to spot the Albatross having their babies, and of course going to the ocean for paddle boarding and swimming. The Cliffs have first class pools and 2 spas and offer the luxury of doing everything or very little. Tennis, Pickle ball, electric bicycling, kids playground, basketball and pitch and putt golf. Monday night free Mai Tais, Tuesday is the Taco Truck night, Wednesday offers local island grinds, Thursday is wine and beer with Hawaiian entertainment. Pizza truck grinds amazing.

The location makes the property unique! 180 degree ocean view sitting atop a bluff. Adirondack chairs to warch every sunrise and sunset. The most beautiful beaches are within a 5 mile drive! Foodies beware, lots to choose from and savor! We love to go to the farmers market to buy fresh vegetables and then to the fish market at the Dolphin Restaurant.
