Great Place to Stay!

We had an awesome time staying at this place. It was super close to the Zoo and minute's from downtown. Its right down the place of a gas station so when somebody needed drinks or more coffee we walked to the corner. Big enough space for our big family and a cute park around the back side for the kids to run around and get there energy out. Definitely a good stay for us while visiting the area.

Great Place

I rented this for a few friends for my birthday in Ferndale. The place is very well maintained, and had all the amenities for our stay. Nicole was very responsive, with all communication. I will definitely be booking this again.

Convenient, comfy bungalow

Stayed here with family while visiting old haunts from 10 yrs earlier. Very clean and cozy. Nicely appointed kitchen and comfy beds. Would’ve been nice if there was an iron and ironing board and a working washing machine.

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holiday. Plenty of room for our family and dog. Loved that there was a fenced in yard so we didn’t have to walk our dog throughout our stay but enjoyed the park that was just down the street for exercise for him. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Communication with the owner was excellent. We’d definitely stay again.

Bungalow with easy access to the freeway

The house is very close to the freeway making it easy to get around the area. Would I stay there again? Yes.

Girls trip

Communication was great and location was good for the events that we were visiting. This property is very cute and has the potential for so many upgrades to enhance the stay. The process was smooth.

Nice house!

The house is located off of a freeway but the noise cannot be heard much inside. There is still plenty of parking too! The home was clean and looked like the pictures!

Cute house close to downtown Royal Oak!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying in Nicole's Ferndale home. It was a peaceful neighborhood with only a 5 minute drive to downtown Royal Oak. The house was very clean and cutely decorated. Loved the enclosed porch and cozy beds. Highly recommend!!
