Overall just an amazing stay! Beautiful view, the room was wonderful and clean, communication was easy and she answered first try! Would definitely stay here again. :)

For our first family trip, it was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the views and the sunset. Had the perfect beach spot. And the kids absolutely loved the pool.

Very clean and comfortable condo, I came for the beach and the pool, but there was a lot nearby for anything I might want or need. The reserved beach chairs & umbrellas were a game-changer.

To our Mermaid Hosts we extend a special thank you for sharing your beautiful beach paradise and creating such a warm and welcoming home-away-from-home during our adventure in Panama City Beach! From the smooth arrival with all codes functioning as arranged, to the wonderful communications of instructions and suggestions, along with additional amenities to make our stay as worry-free and enjoyable as possible, we are truly appreciative! From time enjoyed on the oversized balcony with its variety of great furniture choices, along with the beautifully appointed condo comforts including not one but two fabulous TVs, and 5-Star suggestions for restaurants such as Diego’s and Runaway Island, we had a fabulous stay from start to finish! Thank you again for sharing your time and generosity in ensuring our stay was pictures-perfect!

I loved this property. Beach chairs included and was fabulous Property was exactly as described. Balcony and view are amazing. Condo was very clean which was refreshing. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Enjoyed non pod coffee machine and blender. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Two recommendations - buy or bring your own pillows bc the ones at the property should be thrown away. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs to wear at night because the music at the pool is on 24/7 and can be heard at night. Another improvement is to use a less strongly scented laundry detergent so the sheets don’t smell so much. Communication with Kerry was great and minimal bc no issues. I’ll definitely consider rebooking this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Calypso! The views were fantastic, and it had everything you would want in a condo with a great location close to everything. We were in town for a baseball tournament, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again! Owners are top notch!

We went to Gulf Coast Jam this property was perfect for us!

We fell in love with this property & Kerry was so sweet! Even got to meet the cleaner & loved her too! We will definitely go back!

Great stay

This condo was amazing! The views from the balcony were my favorite part. The kids loved the pool and it was a very short walk to the beach.

YES!!! THE VIEW!!! It's crazy how so many vacationers will not even consider Calypso Tower III because they think our view is not as good as Towers I & II. Our view is BETTER, especially at night when their view goes DARK when the sun goes down but ours comes to LIFE at sunset. Our balcony is my favorite place and I am so lucky to stay at the MERMAID! Thanks Justin for your FIVE STAR REVIEW!

YES JAMES! The views are what makes Tower III at Calypso the new “go to” vacation resort. Well, not to mention the Hot Tub and the fact that we are the closest condo to Pier Park! 🧜‍♀️❤️

Absolutely amazing stay. Probably my favorite property we’ve stayed at in PCB. Everything was spotless when we arrived and just as advertised. Location is great! Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
