POOL:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 9AM - DUSK
Glass is prohibited in the pool area.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
Babies must wear swim diapers.
Appropriate swimming attire is required in the pool area. Denim shorts and thongs are not appropriate.
BEACH ACCESS:
TOWER III Guests may use the Tower I and II beach access, which is located on the ground level in the center between Towers I and II. THERE IS A WONDERFUL BEACHSIDE SEATING AREA AROUND THE BEACHSIDE TIKI HUT for your use!
ALSO: Beach Access #53 is conveniently located just steps to the West of Towers 1 and II.
GYM:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 9AM - 10PM
Children under the age of 16 just be accompanied by a parent.
***PARKING***
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
Calypso Resort Association charges a $60 REGISTRATION FEE per stay, which includes one PARKING PASS. You will need to register online BEFORE your visit and purchase and PRINT your parking pass. Scan your pass to enter! To park in the Calypso parking garage or around the perimeter, you need to display this parking pass on your dashboard. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to being towed at the owner's expense. Need a 2nd pass? No worries! Let us know in advance, and we will arrange for you to purchase an additional $60 parking pass.
E-Z LOADING/UNLOADING at paver-parking areas at the front of Calypso Tower III.
You can park for up to 15 minutes - which is plenty of time to load/unload.
LUGGAGE CARTS
Carts are located on level 3 of the parking garage. Level 3 of the Calypso parking garage offers crossovers to Calypso Towers 1, 2, and 3.
A driver's license may be required to secure a luggage cart.
Luggage carts are not permitted inside the condos.
WRISTBANDS must be worn at the Calypso Tower III pool and common areas.
We provide 4 wristbands. $50 replacement charge for lost bands.
TRASH - Place bagged trash in the North or South trash chutes located on each floor. Our conveniently located trash chute is at the end of the walkway to the right, by the stairwells.
NO SMOKING (of any kind:) OR VAPING is allowed ANYWHERE at CALYPSO RESORT TOWERS! WE ARE 100% SMOKE FREE, INCLUDING ALL THE BALCONIES!
IT IS A FELONY IN FLORIDA TO THROW/DROP ANYTHING FROM THE BALCONY.

We are Terry and Sharon Campbell, better known as CRABBY & THE MERMAID! Our grandkids call us Country Grandma & Grandpa! We have 4 children and 16 GRANDS, who are the light of our lives, and the reasons we have purchased vacation getaways at Panama City Beach. We ALL gather during Spring Break and have been making memories here since the 80's. It is our family tradition.
We fell in love with Panama City Beach during Spring Break back in the 80's and dreamed of owning a condo on the sugar-white sandy beach!
Dreams do come true! Our family now owns 5 condos at CALYPSO, and one at MOONSPINNER - Next to the beautiful St. Andrew's State Park, where we first stayed in a little pop up camper until we discovered our dream vacation spot - Moonspinner!

The Master Suite facing the ocean is the best part. You can literally lay in bed and watch the sun sink lazily into the Gulf of Mexico, and relax as the sky melts into a million shades of soft pastels! This condo was impeccably furnished and decorated by the wife of one of the developers? How lucky for us to be able to move in to perfection without having to change a thing! Added some Mermaid decor!
