Enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from this 11th floor condo unit at Calypso Resort Tower III, Panama City Beach's first new-construction condo building in over 14 years! This condo is centrally located in the heart of PCB's entertainment district, next door to Pier Park! Everything you need is walking distance - restaurants, nightlife, shopping, grocery stores, attractions, & event venues.

This one-bedroom/two-bath luxury condo unit is spacious at 1,100 SF & can comfortably sleep 6. The unit offers a private, single bedroom with a King bed and en suite full bathroom with stand-up shower. Additionally, the unit features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances & kitchen essentials, living room (with Queen pull-out sofa and 55' flat-screen Smart TV), a full bathroom with garden tub off the hallway, built-in twin bunks off the hallway, & in-unit laundry. The large, private balcony faces the west toward the Gulf - never miss a legendary PCB sunset!

With all new furnishings, the unit boasts coastal luxury charm, with a boho flair. It is outfitted hotel-style with high-quality linens and plush towels, as well as soaps, shampoo/conditioner, pool towels, a welcome amenity, and more! We've thought of every detail to make your stay a relaxing & enjoyable one.

Calypso III is directly across the street from the beach & just steps away with access via an enclosed pedestrian sky bridge. The new tower is highly amenitized with a ground-level casual three-meal restaurant & coffee shop, two seasonal tiki bars (one poolside, one beachside), a zero-entry, heated, resort-style swimming pool with sundeck & seasonal live entertainment, a hot tub, poolside cabanas (rented for an additional fee), an outdoor lawn with fire pits, a gift shop/beach store, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and attached secure/staffed garage parking.

Located next door to Pier Park! Steps from the beach & located in the heart of PCB’s entertainment district - walk to restaurants/bars, indoor & outdoor entertainment venues (including the new TopGolf), city pier, shops, & special events at Aaron Bessant Park!

We had an awesome stay. The property was super clean with an awesome view of the beach. Plus, when I got locked out right before checkout, Kristin quickly responded. I was able to quickly grab the few items we forgot, and she was very understanding.

The room was even better than we expected. We loved how close to things we were, but it was not overly loud still. The host was amazing to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. The space was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great. It was perfect for our family of 3. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in this condo. Perfect for our trip. Love the proximity to Pier Park and restaurants! We had more time to explore rather than sit in our car going from one place to another.

The condo was very clean, the bed was so comfortable. Pull out couch was a plus for our teenager. We stay at calypso every year this was by far my favorite condo we have stayed. Tower 3 pool is great with little ones, elevators didn’t take long on 11th floor either. Condo had literally everything we needed for the week in the kitchen & bathroom. Decor was aesthetically pleasing.

This property is exactly as described. It was clean, smelled amazing, the best linens, everything we needed. We literally packed our clothes and toiletries only! Great view of the beach and pier park. I prefer this over tower 1&2 because of the pool, additional views and downstairs coffee shop, in addition to this condo being great:Best pool, tiki bar! Coffee/breakfast/lunch/dinner options all downstairs. If you want to dine out so many in walking distance. Chair rental across the street, our trip was 120 for the day. Chairs also in the room! Pier park is so close and so much to do, easy walk! You truly don’t have to drive unless you want to. The best host we have ever had!! Helpful every step of the way!

Our stay was beyond exceptional! Our host Kristen was so sweet, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We loved the condo, they had everything we could possibly need down to beach toys and chairs for the beach. The pool was heated which was huge perk during spring break. Everyone we encountered from workers to guests at the resort were friendly. We barely left the resort and had we not planned dinner out one night I wouldn’t have left. The room was clean, we had a great view, the pool is huge, and it’s the nicest boardwalk out to the beach of anywhere I have ever stayed. We plan to visit again!

The property is true to it's listing. Very clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. I bring my own sheets but this one time I was almost tempted to sleep in those. The host was extremely thoughtful in every aspect which was kind. For the coffee drinkers this unit only has a keurig maker. The balcony was nice but the furniture could use refreshed cushions. Thank you and will book again.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary weekend. It was amazing and the pictures don't do the condo justice. The host was very responsive. We also loved the area the condo was in. It was in the middle of everything and we loved that. We would stay again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! In fact, we extended it a few days. The location couldn’t be better, next to Pier Park and just across from the beach.The decor is gorgeous, and the view is incredible! Lee was prompt answering my questions and extending our stay. Recommend 100%!

Beautiful condo

The condo was perfect for our family and the amenities were superb! As someone from the area I’ve stayed at almost every condo and would definitely recommend this as a top three place to stay.

It’s always nice to host people like Katee Smith and her family! They left the space in great condition and were respectful of their surroundings. Our entire experience with them was positive and I would gladly host them again. Hopefully, Calypso 1103 will be able to host this family

I honestly haven’t ever had a better stay anywhere else. Kristin went above and beyond with stuff to help out & we appreciated that 100%. Great communication & responded quickly to any questions. The condo was clean & cozy! Will 100% stay here again. You guys have a great place!
