POOL:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 9AM - 10PM
Glass is prohibited in the pool area.
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
Babies must wear swim diapers.
Appropriate swimming attire is required in the pool area.
BEACH ACCESS:
TOWER III Guests may use the Tower I and II beach access, and enjoy use of the beachfront TIKI BAR with patio tables and chairs, located in the center common use areas between Calypso Towers I and II.
Beach Access #53 is conveniently located to the West of Towers 1 and II.
GYM:
HOURS OF ENJOYMENT 9AM - 10PM
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent.
Non-slip athletic shoes, shirts, and appropriate attire required.
PARKING:
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: You will need to go online and pay the $60 fee directly to the Calypso Resort Condo Association (not thru VRBO), and print your parking pass. Don't forget to print your parking pass, because you must DISPLAY THE PARKING PASS on your dashboard and will need it to get IN and OUT of the garage. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to being towed at the owner's expense. If you are bringing a 2nd vehicle, there is a $50 charge for the additional parking pass.
LUGGAGE CARTS
Carts are conveniently located on level 3 of the parking garage - Directly across the walkover from our condo! Level 3 of the Calypso parking garage offers crossovers to Calypso Towers 1, 2, and 3. You won't find a more convenient condo than THE DOLPHIN!
WRISTBANDS must be worn in common areas to ensure your safety and privacy at the resort. 6 wristbands will be inside the condo waiting for you. Please ensure there are 6 bands when you leave. There is a $50 replacement charge for lost bands.
A few NO-NO's to be aware of before you reserve!
-NO SMOKING, E-Cigarettes, OR VAPING is allowed in Calypso's pool and common areas, including the balconies and TIKI BARS.

We fell in love with Panama City Beach during Spring Break back in the 80's and my Mom dreamed of owning a condo on the sugar-white sandy beach!
Dreams do come true! Our family now owns 5 condos at CALYPSO, and one at MOONSPINNER - Next to the beautiful St. Andrew's State Park, where we first stayed in a little pop up camper with my parents and sisters when I was a child!

Mom is still very much involved inner condo business, but let's me handle our guests. She is always my #1 backup! With over 40 years experience, she taught me everything I know! I promise, you are in good hands when you choose any of our condos to celebrate your family's getaway!

LOCATION! We are the ONLY condo RIGHT NEXT TO PIER PARK! My family owns and self-manages 5 condos in Towers I, II, and III. We knew a good thing when we saw it! This is truly as close as you will find to an all-inclusive resort without the sky-high prices!
