Need better toilets .had to fix one toilet seat and one shower head. They were loose but overall it was great

This condo has everything you would want and more. The view from the balcony is the icing on the cake. Diane was very helpful and stayed in communication throughtout. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for our first trip to Florida. The condo was nice and clean. It had a beautiful view, the beach was not crowded. The chair service was nice. The beds were comfortable! I would recommend this place and would stay again!

This was a very nice condo on the beach with an awesome view of the ocean. There is a very nice swimming pool that also looks over the ocean. The beach has easy access and they provide 2 chaise lounge and umbrella set up everyday. We visited the week going into Labor Day. The water was perfect, no crowds. The place was clean and well taken care of. It has all the necessities that we needed. The hosts are great and communication with them was always answered within a few minutes. We would definitely stay at their place again! Overall a real nice place. Thanks againFrank

This condo is very comfortable and the view is the best! Beach is quiet and the easy access makes it a desirable location. We definitely will be back.

Diane was a fantastic host, responsive and accommodating. This is our second stay in PCB and we enjoyed the incredible view, the quiet end of the beach, easy parking, 3rd floor, all near great restaurants. Top notch!

Condo was clean and comfortable. We suggest posting signs on everyone’s balcony that smoking is not allowed. Not all tenants adhered to the no smoking policy so at times we could not sit on balcony because of their smoke.

We are so happy you loved our place. I am sorry there was a guest breaking the smoking rules. We have had our CAM evict neighbors who were caught smoking so thankfully, it is rare that people take that chance.

This was by far the best stay we’ve had at PCB, we come here every year for vacation. Diane and Stephen’s lovely home was AMAZING! We will definitely be back next year! Couldn’t have been any better!

OH MY GOD! If you ever visit Panama City Beach, LOOK NO FURTHER FOR ACCOMMODATIONS!! My wife and I spent a week here (2/16 - 23 2026. When we opened the door, I instantly knew this is a gem of a condo. Wickedly clean, bright, amenities by the score. Beautiful bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, dining room. The balcony is well appointed and the view of the Gulf is unparalled. Our host, Diane, is a great communicator, friendly, caring, and so polite. The condo is QUIET, and very inviting. I cannot say enough to properly tell you all just how great this host and condo really are. The condo is in the middle of everything! When my wife wants to go back to the panhandle area, rest assured, we WILL be booking with Diane.

Great location and comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. There was a beautiful view and we may come back in the future. The owner was very polite and easy to contact.

Perfect getaway

We loved this spot for a quick getaway for our anniversary. The ocean views are amazing. It’s beautifully decorated and stocked with all the things we needed. We had a perfect stay!
