Totally Renovated! Worthy of its’ name, this cabin boasts a fantastic view of Bluff Mountain and Beautiful sunsets! The spacious layout, with 3 bedrooms & 3 baths, is great for a large family or 3 couples, each level has separate living area. Enjoy mountain views while gathering in the lower-level game room, with a pool table, video arcade game, and 75 inch TV, perfect for watching games & movies! Kids will enjoy the upstairs loft bedroom with a living area as well as the outdoor pool!
*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

Black Bear Ridge Resort offers a community swimming pool along with other available services on site such as a wedding chapel along with nail/hair salon. There are also numerous backroads to get to the cabin to avoid traffic as well during the peak tourism season.
The cabin checks all the boxes for a wonderful cabin rental - great view, impeccable location, desirable floor plan, Xfinity high speed internet availability, and quality subdivision amenities. This three bedroom, 3 bath cabin with 3 different living rooms, completely renovated with a layout offering three bedrooms (one on each level with each level having a full bath) which enables separate spaces, yet still having the comfort of everyone being in the same cabin together. Also there is a loft with a full bed perfect for kids to hang out and sleep!

CANCELLATION POLICY : Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking or at least 60 days before your stay. After that 50% up to two weeks of check-in, the last two week you will not get a refund.
All refunds may be subject to a 3% credit card fee.

Weekend in the Mountains

The stay was very enjoyable and the house had beautiful views. We enjoyed the game room and the proximity to pigeon forge was wonderful. The only blemishes were that we could hear the neighbors late at night due to how close the houses are and there were not enough kitchen utensils. Overall, a wonderful stay and a nice place.

Great little cabin

Convenient area and beautiful views off the back porch. Owner is responsive and checked on us during our stay. We didn’t have any issues.

Poor description of accurate amenities

Not enough blankets for number of pull out beds. Blankets on regular beds are super thin. Air hockey table is pointless. Pucks are not a fit for the table so they don’t go in the slots. Cleaning is not great. Windows didn’t have a clean view, bathrooms were pretty disgusting, found some food under couch in basement , stains on bedspread on main level, loft bedding was ripped. All doors have a huge draft of cold air coming in. Pots and pans need to be replaced Overall the property was fine but these few things made our stay inconvenient. If I was the home owner I would do the following: Fire the cleaning crew- a deep cleaning is really necessary. Change bedding to something with more layers and a warmer top blanket. Get rid of air hockey table or don’t advertise you have one. Hard to play with no pucks. Treat windows and doors with better weather stripping. This COULD be a great vacation home with the right amount of TLC.

Overall okay stay- needs some attention

Overall the stay was okay, but the things that originally contributed to our desire to stay in this cabin were a few of the very things that made this stay less than great for us, such as the hot tub and air hockey table being mostly unusable, the pullout couches were dirty and didn't have sheets, and the toilets didn't flush properly (luckily there was a plunger on the 3rd floor). I politely communicated concerns to the property manager and the only response was that they would take the issues up with the cleaners. We never got an apology or any kind of solution/compensation. Here is more detail of our issues with the cabin. 1. The hot tub jets did not have any pressure and we could not find any way to make it stronger. I reached out to the property manager and got no response. 2. I also let the property manager know that the cabin was not well cleaned; heavy dust/debris on stairs and walls/pull out sofas, etc. 3. The pullout sofas were dirty and soiled with no sheets to put on any of them. We looked on all 3 floors. 4. The air hockey table was dirty, had something dried to the surface and the pucks were felt and didn't glide with the air on/off. 5. Only one side of the toaster worked. There was only 1 kitchen dish towel and only 9 sets of towels for 10 people. One of the washcloths looked like it was used for mechanical work. 6. 1 chairs on the main level had a loose leg and scared me when I sat on it. I'm pregnant but not huge and I was nervous I was going to fall on the floor. My friend was rocking her son on the 3rd floor balcony when the chair broke and sank. Thankfully they didn't fall on the ground. 7. The note to the guests was to bag all trash for the outside bins but there were only 2 trash bags and no extra supplies anywhere. 8. The dishwasher soap dispenser doesn't open because the tray inside is not the one it came with so you'll just have to throw the pod in the bottom of the washer. We figured this out the 2nd or 3rd time we ran it. Note* if you stay here be sure to know that you'll only get the roll (s) of toilet paper that you see in the bathrooms (1-2 per bathroom) and if you need more you'll need to bring/buy. Same for paper towels. There was a partial roll when we checked in. If you use the towels and need more, there is a washer downstairs. We were happy to see washer pods! If you plan on cooking or being in the kitchen a good bit you may want to bring your favorite cookware/utensils and dish towels.
