Enjoy walking the neighborhood and the beautiful historic homes of our quaint downtown district.

The Riverwalk Park is across from the home, and the harbor is a 5 minute walk through the beautiful park. At the harbor, there are tennis courts, basketball courts, a park for kids and a boardwalk for fishing and crabbing.

Cozy home with great location.

We loved our stay at Park Place. The house was well equipped with everything that you may need. The house was very cozy, and clean. Communication was great.

Adorable pet friendly home

We're so thankful when traveling with our pet that we're able to find such a nice property. The location for us was great and the neighborhood was just what we were looking for.

This house was absolutely perfect for 5 adults and 2 doodles! Plenty of room and we enjoyed the fenced in yard. The host was very prompt with their communications and had the house well prepared for our stay. Definitely recommend this host and property!

Wonderful stay

We live locally and needed a place to stay before we closed on our new home. With most items packed away in storage, this home met all our needs and still provided the comfort of home and great views. Short walk to park, brewery, and work. It was perfect. Will stay again and certainly recommend.

Perfect VRBO in Jacksonville

This place was great - fantastic updates and everything you need for a home away from home in Jacksonville. All of the updates were super thoughtful and each room had great amenities. We didn’t have any pets but the fenced in yard and wood floors would have been great for four legged furry friends.

Great property

We just stayed at this property for a week and have no complaints. The house was very clean and maintained well. Towels and linens were nice. Great location for visiting our son at Camp Lejuene and not too far for some beach days as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great for visiting Camp Lejeune

Great property! Well maintained. Would stay again. Convenient to both Camp Lejeune and New River. Lots to do for littles. Library , splash pad, movies! House and host both wonderful.

FANTASTIC HOME

We had a quick stay on the way to my sons Marine graduation. This home was perfectly decorated exceptionally clean and provided everything we could possibly have needed. Kathy was a wonderful host and would HIGHLY recommend her place!!! She even mailed back an item that was left behind with no hesitation or questions asked. Thank you Kathy for opening up your home for us.

A fun gaming house!

The house provided a fun place to hang out even if we didn’t have anything planned for the day. Pool, air hockey, video games, checkers/chess a puzzle and dominoes. It’s also worth pointing out that the neighborhood was very quiet and not much traffic.

Amazing

We could not have picked a more perfect VROB for our stay in Jacksonville. The house was very clean and comfortable. Beds and furniture were very nice. We really enjoyed the park across the street. The location is very beautiful. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Weekend with my Marine son

This home is super cute and perfect for my family. We came to town to see our Marine son and we had lots of fun playing all the games in the garage. This place is close to base, restaurants and the grocery store. I made dinner and dessert and kitchen was nicely stocked. Thank you!

Park place

Great stay! Lovely house with extra touches provided by the host. Great location for visiting our Marine. Close to all major roads/restaurants/activities. Bonus of the park one block away where you are able to walk to the river or sit and relax. Highly recommend

Every detail perfect

This property was exactly what we needed and exactly as described. The game room was a huge hit with our kids (and the adults :) )They had everything we needed, right down to coffee and creamer, shampoo and soap. My husband participated in a Duathlon that went right by the nearby park and we were able to walk over to see him compete. Also easy to get to other areas nearby. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

The pictures are accurate!

The lovely pictures you see online for this listing are accurate. It's a beautiful home in a historic area. Additionally, the host did such a great job selecting the bath products and linens that I have made a note so I could buy the same ones! I am the most (annoyingly) difficult to please out of the guests I had with me, and for once we all agreed on the quality of something- this property. This home was the right choice, and Kathryn (the property host) did a very fine job.

Quick weekend visit

We have family in the area and came from Virginia for a wedding. We loved the house and the area. I’ve stayed at a few VRBO properties and this is one of my favorites. It is stocked with almost anything you would need. Even shampoo, conditioner, lotions and personal care products! It was clean and comfortable and updated. The neighborhood was great with a park and the river close by and super quiet! We definitely will stay here again.

Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in!

No need to keep searching if your looking to stay in Jacksonville! Hit reserve now! My wife and I are regular VRBO users as our daughter plays college softball and travels frequently for games. We rent from VRBO as often as we can and have stayed in over 50 all across the country. This VRBO was the cleanest and well stocked VRBO we have ever used. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they are very kind people and personally involved in the rental. My wife commented, "this house is set up like the owner would want it to be if she stayed here." They provided items such as a hair dryer, common bathroom supplies, sheets, towels, coffee pods, and recommend outstanding restaurants. The owners put a personal touch on it which made it that much better. If we ever have the need to come back to the Jacksonville area we will without a doubt stay here again. We walked along the river walk at sunset which was beautiful. Jacksonville is 30 minutes from Topsail beach which we also explored. Very beautiful beach area. Thank you Kathryn and Ronan for such a beautiful home and allowing us to stay!
