The place was gorgeous and the host was beyond friendly. The place has plenty of ducks and a relaxing waterway to sit by and watch

Communication with the host was excellent. The house was extremely clean and was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the coffee bar. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location in quiet neighborhood and very clean and comfortable duplex. The host has thought of lots of the little things for guest staying there. Really enjoyed our time there and would recommend the place to others

Absolutely loved this place, it’s set up like a second home instead of a temporary stay. The owner was super easy to work with, will be re booking for future endeavors.

Would gladly stay there again!

I arrived late, but checkin was fast and easy. The place is well thoughtout...good for families, maybe two couples, and solo travels like myself.

Dena was very friendly and the home well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, etc. for cooking meals. We enjoyed the assortment of snacks that she provided.

Absolutely amazing. Definitely will book again next time I'm in Jacksonville. Host is amazing and very tentative. Always made sure we had what we needed. Kids loved it honestly they didn't want to leave. Like I said we'll definitely book again if I'm ever in Jacksonville.

It is right in the middle of shopping, but in a secluded location. Very clean and comfortable. Cute! Would stay there again.

Weekend Getaway Dream

Amazing communication, located off the main road, quiet, super clean, near a gas station for midnight snacks, couldn't ask for a better host or place to stay

This place was super nice easy location to town and all shopping and eating. It was fully stocked with extra toiletries. It had stuff to do laundry and overall was very clean. It had lots of kitchen items and was very comfortable. The thermostat was open to 69-73 so you could adjust to any temp. I will definitely be back to visit again!

Perfect getaway!

The perfect little place! Super clean, had everything we needed and more. Very close to a lot of great restaurants & the food store. Perfect location to visit our Marine who was just a quick drive down the road! Highly recommend!

Wedding vacation

We came up from south Ga for my brothers wedding. Gators and coffee was the perfect little spot for me, my fiance and my mom! Very clean and comfy!
