Our family of 4, two teenagers and two adults, had a wonderful time at your gorgeous property. We thought it was even nicer in person than the beautiful pictures could show. Immaculately clean! Well appointed, there was nothing we needed during our stay that they didn’t have. We had a small problem with the dryer and Renata was so responsive and kind. We loved the area so much and can’t wait to return!

The house was beautiful, maintained really well. The size of the rooms were perfect as we needed the 4BR/4BTH. It’s in a good area for shopping and restaurants so that worked out really well. We liked the outside area, pool and covered deck; we were out there every minute. There are a-lot of floats in the garage for the pool and we bought some additional to add to it. Certainly enough outdoor chairs which was good. We loved the house and felt Renate from the management team was very responsive. It’s a good one for sure!

The property was amazing and was exactly as advertised. Our family has rented different homes in Cape Coral for the last several years for our annual summer vacation but we enjoyed this one so much we may very well book it again next year!

Everything was just how it was advertised. Very clean excellent pool area. Even when weather wasn’t the best. Would stay there again

Everything Was Perfect

The pictures do not do this property justice. The management team was fantastic. We enjoyed ourselves very much. I strongly recommend staying here.

We loved the home, and the surrounding area with the beautiful canal, great restaurants, and the weather was absolutely wonderful. The house has warm colors and bird’s decorations on the walls that reminded me of South America. My family and I would recommend to your family to enjoy your vacation at this beautiful home.

Awesome location

Was very happy with the location on the canals and local shopping. House was very clean but did have a few weeds around pool. Layout of house was awesome with enough room for entire family to even get some downtime during tropical storm. My only criticism is that we’ve stayed at lesser places that were better stocked with the every day items, your soaps and toiletry items, but would definitely stay again.

Wonderful holiday for our group of friends!

This was a wonderful property for our group of friends. Any issues we had in the beginning were taken care of promptly and we never had to call again the entire two weeks. The house was very clean and well organized. We spend most of our time on the lanai, which had plenty of room for meals and just lounging around the pool.

Great spot, great price. We'll definitely return to the area. 4 bedroom 4 bath, all but one room had the bathroom in-suite. 3 king beds one queen. The one king room had the bathroom outside the room. We had dinner outside under the lanai 5 out of 7 nights. The patio is completely enclosed by netting that kept virtually all pests out but didn't obstruct your views. Wish the outdoor ceiling fans spun faster but a minor issue. The block was extremely quite, awesome. When leaving the property, don't go to the Publix to the right, go left to the one further down. The other is complete trash with flies sitting on the so called fresh seafood. I fished off the dock every morning and night. There were a couple of rods/reels available. I left some hooks, weights and line. If you stay, keep paying it forward. You'll have a shot at huge catfish, mangrove snapper, amber jack, and Jack cravelle. We also rented a boat from Speed Dock. We picked it up and navigated the canels back to the property. Check with the property management team before getting a boat.The hot water can take a sec to flow to the upstairs suite. It's a large house so its expected. Plus, we have a tankless water heater at home so we're spoiled. One note about the master suite, its time to change that mattress.Today.In all great spot, I checked for the check in email, never found it but they forwarded again. The tone of the email communication could have been better but others like Lars was superb.

Dream come true

This beautiful property is on the water with its own outdoor area and pool. The pictures and spot on and it did not disappoint. Management company was very on top of it and involved with any concern. We grilled out while watching the sky change in and out of the pool and hot tub. It’s perfect shade vs sun ratio. Every Room was clean and very well appointed. We used a baby rental place that dropped off our rental equipment. Everything was just a dream come true! Can’t wait to go back!!

Great place to stay

House is great. lake front is great view and great fishing. There are nice little amenities like some trash bags , dishwashing tablets, etc so you do not need to run out the first minute you arrive. Lanai is super. Plenty of chairs and floaties. Great hot tub. I would go back again

Incredible property

We had an amazing time at this home and I’d highly recommended this property. We had 4 adults and 4 teens and we had plenty of room and the pool area was the biggest hit and where we spent most of our time when we were home. The manager is so professional and truly wanted a great experience for us. When we come back, we’d definitely would look for another Seabim property

Beautiful Home - Great view of the water

We stayed 10 days and had a great time. The house was even better then advertised. Heimo was very responsive to any questions we had and we really enjoyed meeting him. Everything with the house was immaculate and everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the pool everyday and one day we were visited by a dolphin. The dock was great for fishing although I wished I had caught more, but was told it was not the fish but the fisherman 😊 We would definitely come back as everything was perfect.

Totally amazing!!

This vacation home was more than I dreamed of ..the location is perfect the cleanliness was awesome!! the coordination with the manager was perfect ..the pool and hot tub we’re out of this world.. all the beds are extremely comfortable including the king-size pillows. We will return ..I highly recommend this property!!!!

Perfect family vacation home

My family and I had a wonderful vacation. This house was awesome! We spent the majority of the time on the lanai, in the pool or fishing and lounging on the dock. We had all our meals around the big table on the lanai. Caught fish off the dock and saw a family of dolphins every night. They came right under the dock. It rained a lot but the way the house is set up, it didn't stop any of the fun. Would highly recommend.

Amazing views

We had an amazing time. The house is beautiful. With 4 couples we were able to spread out and have our own space when neccessary.

Fun in the Sun!

We stayed with our daughters and family. The property is located in a beautiful area, easy to access. The managers and people that we dealt with for booking and check-in-checkout were awesome. This house will easily accommodate 8 and you don't feel cramped at all. Pool and hot tub are great, kitchen has everything you need. Although the property is a bit older, it has everything you would need for an incredible family vacation. I highly recommend it!
