This charming Nantucket house (max sleeping capacity at 9) is just 2 miles south of town and 1.5 miles to the popular Surfside Beach. Private heated Pool in backyard surrounded by a bluestone patio and garden with gas grill. With two master suites and two floors of living space make it the perfect home for accommodating multiple families. Access to Nantucket's multiple bike paths are just outside the community entrance. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap-around porch or retreat to a large private landscaped yard complete with pool, patio, gas grill, and outdoor dining! Outdoor shower located on the back of the house. Parking for 2 cars. Additionally, the home offers a well equipped kitchen with brand new Thermador appliances and everything you need for your vacation! The house is well positioned in the neighborhood to enjoy the resort style pool and tennis amenities of Beach Plum.

Home available for 3 night stay off season and weekly Saturday - Saturday in-season. If 3 night stay nightly rate is slightly increased.

Upgraded WIFI and two desks (king bedroom and kitchen) allow for space to work from the house if needed.

Lovely home in a charming Nantucket neighborhood. House and property (pool, yard) were beautifully maintained and created a classic coastal atmosphere that was both relaxing and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Amazing House

Overall amazing experience in this property at beach plum village. House has everything we needed for two families, the pool is great and it is close to everything. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay for stroll

House was perfect for the group of 7 adults who went. Plenty of room and very clean! Location was just a quick Uber drive to downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very easy to work with- thanks!

Beautiful home, great amenties - you may not want to leave!

A well-appointed home with lovely furnishings, lots of games (including cornhole, tennis, pickleball), bikes, beach gear and pool. Made our family's 1st trip to Nantucket so enjoyable. Its central location makes it easy to bike to nearby beaches, Cisco brewery, bakery and supermarket. The homeowner was easy to reach and provided great local recommendations.

Beautiful Property

Family trip. Great location and well stocked house. The pool and the backyard were lovely. We had bikes with us and being able to use the garage was so helpful because it did rain a little. Our host was very accommodating. We will definitely come back.

Amazing house in a perfect location!

I can't say enough good things about our stay here. Louise was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the get go. The house was not only spotless but so cute and chic. It is in a great area that is close to everything and the little enclave is perfect for kids. One of the kids learned to ride a bike without training wheels here. My daughter swam in the deep end in the pool for the first time. Many memories were made in part to this house. Can't recommend it enough- just don't book on our week :)

Perfect stay

My husband and I, and my 3 boys, 18, 21 and 24, stayed at Louise’s place for a magical 4 days to celebrate my 50th birthday and my youngest son’s high school graduation. It’s getting harder to get away together as a family like this as my boys are getting older. This was the perfect house and neighborhood to enjoy family time. So close to Surfside Beach which was absolutely phenomenal. And easy drive into town for a delicious dinners. Louise was very responsive and welcoming from the start. The house is spectacular. Such an ideal setting. The decor and the amenities, and the new pool/backyard. I could go on and on. This house has it all. And we cannot wait to come back!

Our stay in Nantucket was so wonderful and part of it was staying at an excellent location and in a beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was very clean and it felt like we were in our own home. We had plenty of amenities as well as plenty of space for our group. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to visit Nantucket! The location was perfect and close to town as well as centrally located. Thank you for hosting and having us!

Wonderful home in great location!

We loved staying in this beautiful home just minutes from the shops and restaurants in town. It was easy to get to any part of the island from the house. Louise was so helpful and gave us great recommendations of places to eat on the island. The house was super comfortable and inviting. It was perfect for our family! Would definitely stay there again!! Hope to be back soon!!
