Location was excellent! Ground floor unit, had everything we needed, was clean, great communication with host! Decor is a little dated but for us that is not a deal breaker. We are there for the beach and this place is just steps from the water. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for the review! We do try to keep the condo clean, well maintained, and fully functional without too many upgrades that would drive the rent up beyond the budgets of many travelers. We appreciate you and we got the keys back- thank you for retrieving them from the previous guest as well!

We had a great stay ground floor, very convenient to pool and beach. Restaurant within walking distance in case you don't want to drive. We definitely will try to book this condo again.

We loved the easy in/out of the ground floor location. The host was very accessible for any questions we had. The unit was nice and clean. Great stay!

Wonderful Stay

This condo was very nice and stocked with all of the essentials that I needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

Wonderful first floor condo

We have stayed at the Plantation 7x and this was our first time on the first floor. We loved the patio and super easy access to the pools and grills. We really enjoyed our stay.

No stairs or elevators are necessary; it’s easy to load and unload right at the front door; the amenities are all convenient to the patio; and yet you can still see the Gulf water from the condo even though it’s ground floor. Vacay 2024

We love Gulf Shores Plantation because it is off the beaten trail and not so crowded. Great family vibe and beautiful beach! Our host was wonderful and so easy to communicate with. Will stay here again one day!

Thank you for choosing our condo. I agree our location is the best kept secret of all beach front properties. Laid back and quiet, yet close enough to “the action” to go for an evening or a day and then leave the crowds behind afterwards. AWESOME BEACH TRIP

Clean, stocked,and on the ground floor, so no elevator or stairs! Great communication with John (host). A great trip! Another awesome stay at my fav beach!

Hi, thanks for the great review! I finally got in there on August 28 after being booked all Summer! I was so pleased at the condition of the condo after all those weeks of rentals. A little touching up and extra cleaning and organizing the kitchen, and we are ready for the Sept and October rentals! The condo was just as described. It was clean, neat and met all of our needs, close to dining, the outdoor pool and hot tub as well as the boardwalk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved this place

We really enjoyed our stay, this is the perfect condo for a family with young children. The grassy area right off the patio was perfect for frisbee, kicking the soccer ball etc, and the kiddy pool was really close. Parking is right out your door and the resort is well mantained. Highly recommend

Perfect for us!!

1 br 1 ba was perfect for us....and the biggest plus was groundfloor walkout patio to the pools and boardwalk to beach. The unit was clean and furnished well, bed was comfortable, and kitchen well-stocked! We have already booked this unit for next year!

John linn was a great host

John was very helpful throughout the whole process of booking and stay. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. The condo was very clean when we checked in. My family and I had a blast on the beach and with the little ones. I would highly reccomend.
