Welcome to School Street! This three bedroom, two bathroom bungalow has all the necessities needed to enjoy a fabulous stay in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. With each bedroom having a queen size bed and large closet, there is plenty of room for privacy. Enjoy sipping coffee, having appetizers, or eating dinner on the large deck with plenty of seating for all. Just minutes to walk downtown and enjoy the sights and sounds of this unique coastal town.

Wonderful but short stay in Boothbay Harbor

One of our best stays at a vacation rental. Cosy, immaculate and well equipped house with everything needed for a comfortable family stay. A short walk into town is a bonus.

Perfect Place to Stay

We stayed at this property from April 19th-23rd. The house is in a great location on a quiet street with a short walk to town . The home was carefully planned with attention to detail. The house was extremely clean and well decorated for a rental property.I highly recommend this property.

Winter Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this cozy downtown cottage. The house had everything we needed to be warm.and comfortable. We enjoyed snowshoeing at Zak Preserve and shopping at Shermans book store.

First trip to Maine

What a wonderful experience on our first trip to Maine! The accommodations were top notch, as were the hosts. We appreciated the hosts’ suggestions for dining & activity choices prior to our arrival. Amazing

The cottage was the perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. Everything about this cottage is perfect. The hosts have gone above and beyond on everything from decorating to supplies and comfort. We will definitely be back!

Boothbay Harbor did not disappoint!!

We had a wonderful week in Boothbay Harbor. The house was beautiful, clean and accommodating. The location was great for walking to town as well as exploring the Maine coast. Jaymes was so accommodating and gave us great tips on fresh seafood and places to go. We couldn’t have stayed at a nicer place. Thank you!!

Excellent choice

The house is beautifully decorated and beds are very comfortable. You couldn’t ask for a better location in Boothbay Harbor. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the harbor and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful at night. I highly recommend.

Snowbound & comfy

We spent a couple days here off season and although a storm shut down Boothbay for a day, we had a very comfortable stay at this well-appointed and maintained property. The owners were very responsive and thought of every detail. Best beds and towels! Would give them 6 stars if we could…

Wonderful house in Boothbay Harbor...a hidden gem!

This house was wonderful! There is not a single detail overlooked...all the comforts of home, beautifully decorated and well kept. The location is perfect...just a short walk to everything in Boothbay Harbor...a great spot for girls' weekend, couples, or families. Our host was easy to get in touch with and very attentive. We are already talking about going back!

Had a wonderful time in Boothbay Harbor. Loved the house. Fresh remodel throughout. Clean and well stocked with essentials. Excellent (and plenty of) bath towels, kitchen utensils, plates, etc. they even had chip clips, baggies, foil, assortment of basic spices. Would stay here again!

Fantastic Place to Stay!

We loved staying at Jaymes's cute little house, which is actually more roomy than it looks from outside. Good parking and privacy and we loved with two couples that we both had separate "quarters" and great privacy with the two bathrooms for each upstairs and down. Beds were very comfy and everything we needed was there. Great roomy deck and a nice grill and Tvs in all the rooms was so nice! Great walkable property to footbridge and more! Thank you for your hospitality, everything was wonderful!

Winter Vacation

We loved this cozy cottage! The cottage had everythjng we needed and the beds were magic! The kitchen was well stocked which is perfect for off season when many places are closed. We did get treats at Farm 23 and Woodsong Market. The location is perfect for walking downtown and across the footbridge. We took a day trip to Pemaquid lighthouse and Damiscotta. The best part was reading and knitting with a cup of tea while the wind roared outside on a stormy day. We can't wait to come back!

Peaceful stay in Boothbay Harbor.

The property was wonderful. It was immaculate and outfitted with anything and everything one might need for a great vacation. Although it was only my husband and myself, the layout would be perfect for two couples with or without children. One bedroom with bathroom is located on the main floor, while the second and third bedrooms and bath are located on the lower level. It is almost like a separate apartment. The location of the home is within walking distance of the downtown, and very peaceful and quiet. Our host, Jaymes, was super; easy to touch base anytime we needed his help. Even though it rained the entire time we were there, we really enjoyed our stay. The peace and quiet was just what we needed. We certainly hope to return again. Thank you Jaymes.
