Welcome to School Street! This three bedroom, two bathroom bungalow has all the necessities needed to enjoy a fabulous stay in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. With each bedroom having a queen size bed and large closet, there is plenty of room for privacy. Enjoy sipping coffee, having appetizers, or eating dinner on the large deck with plenty of seating for all. Just minutes to walk downtown and enjoy the sights and sounds of this unique coastal town.

Winter Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this cozy downtown cottage. The house had everything we needed to be warm.and comfortable. We enjoyed snowshoeing at Zak Preserve and shopping at Shermans book store.

Wonderful but short stay in Boothbay Harbor

One of our best stays at a vacation rental. Cosy, immaculate and well equipped house with everything needed for a comfortable family stay. A short walk into town is a bonus.

Clean, well stocked, home close to downtown.

Jaymes house had everything we could’ve need for our stay in boothbay. Well equipped for travelers most towels and bedding in the house appear to be new. Very responsive and accommodating house, perfect size for 2-3 couples to enjoy a weekend close to the harbor.

Vacation 2024

We came to Boothbay Harbor with our son and daughter-in-law for the week. We all loved the Bungalow and the location. It was an easy walk to the village. The bungalow is very homey and comfortable and we hope to stay there another time. Jaymes was always very responsive to any questions we had and also provided great info regarding local restaurants. Thank you so much for a great and memorable week!

Can’t wait to come back!

This was our first time in Boothbay Harbor and we loved it! The house is walkable to everything we wanted to do in town and a short drive to some great trails and hikes. The house was clean, well stocked, and decorated like a model home. We felt very comfortable and like it was a true home away from home. Jaymes was very quick to reply and very helpful with any questions that came up. We already have this place booked again for a month next summer and we absolutely cannot wait to go back!

Memorable Stay

Beautifully appointed bungalow in peaceful neighborhood. Short distance to town and many good restaurants. Dog friendly house and town. Easy communication with owner. Highly recommend. Plenty of activities nearby.

The best vacation rental!

This house was perfectly clean, and very well updated, with easy checkin and checkout. We got to use both the heating and the AC, and they both performed very well! The location is great, on a quiet street, but close to restaurants, the harbor, cruises, supermarket etc..We didn't cook, but the kitchen was very well supplied. The beds are super comfortable, with nice linen, and there is a huge supply of fluffy white towels. The living room and the porch are also great comfy spots to relax in! Jaymes couldn't have been nicer or more responsive as a host. We had just a wonderful vacation staying here.

Cleanest Rental I’ve Ever Stayed In

This was hands down the cleanest and best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Check in was really easy and check out was also really simple without much cleaning on our end. It was really walkable and perfect for us taking our little dog out and also walking to town. We did a Cap N Fishes puffin cruise and it was perfect for us to just stroll down and meet the tour in the morning. Also just minutes from the grocery store. Our host Jaymes was wonderful and extremely responsive. We cannot recommend this spot for your next stay in Boothbay Harbor more!!!

Excellent Memorial Day weekend!!!

Beautiful, well appointed, well stocked home, super close to the quaint downtown area. Owners are responsive and accommodating. Easy walking distance to restaurants, tours and tourist shops. Highly, highly recommend. Memorial Day weekend was not too busy, weather was great. Thank you Jayme and Clint for a fantastic first time VRBO experience!

Girlfriend Weekend Get Away!

The property could not have been better described. It was absolutely perfect along with the location. Jaymes recommended plenty of amazing places to eat, get coffee and things to do. We have stayed at this rental and other rentals properties through this owner. We are NEVER disappointed. Jaymes is so helpful with recommendations and I can’t say enough t about the house. Girls weekend

My girlfriends and I had a lovely weekend in Boothbay Harbor. This home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in very easy walking distance to downtown. We would definitely return!

Winter Vacation

We loved this cozy cottage! The cottage had everythjng we needed and the beds were magic! The kitchen was well stocked which is perfect for off season when many places are closed. We did get treats at Farm 23 and Woodsong Market. The location is perfect for walking downtown and across the footbridge. We took a day trip to Pemaquid lighthouse and Damiscotta. The best part was reading and knitting with a cup of tea while the wind roared outside on a stormy day. We can't wait to come back!

Peaceful stay in Boothbay Harbor.

The property was wonderful. It was immaculate and outfitted with anything and everything one might need for a great vacation. Although it was only my husband and myself, the layout would be perfect for two couples with or without children. One bedroom with bathroom is located on the main floor, while the second and third bedrooms and bath are located on the lower level. It is almost like a separate apartment. The location of the home is within walking distance of the downtown, and very peaceful and quiet. Our host, Jaymes, was super; easy to touch base anytime we needed his help. Even though it rained the entire time we were there, we really enjoyed our stay. The peace and quiet was just what we needed. We certainly hope to return again. Thank you Jaymes.

Perfect getaway

Clean,totally equipped with everything we needed and within walking distance to downtown. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We came to Boothbay to see Gardens Aglow. We were not disappointed with the lights...or this delightful house. Thank you!
