Nice location, just a few minutes for groceries and downtown by car.Peacfull neighbourhood.Confortabily sleeps 8.all kitchen equipment required for feeling at home is available.We had a great week.Thank you Alan

We loved staying here . Very comfortable beds and lots of spaces to hang out and catch up with each other .And 2/12 baths is such a bonus . And a great game table in with the pull out couch which we utilized so all 4 of us could have our own bedroom . And the pull out couch was very comfortable according to my friend . Coastal botanical gardens and Ocean point were our 2 favorite places to explore . It is my second time here and won’t be my last ! Farm 23 was a delicious coffee and breakfast place we found .Overall a great homey vacation spot !

The house was clean and comfortable, and well-equipped. It was only a few minutes from downtown Boothbay Harbor, where we spent a fair amount of time, but it was also rather centrally located for our daily ventures, which included Portland, Bristol and Rockland. The nearest large grocery store, Hannaford, was probably only 5 minutes away. I texted the owner with a question once and he responded quickly. I also met him a couple days later and he was very cordial. I typically would not rent a house this size for just my wife and I, but we had our son, daughter-in-law and grandson with us this trip, and we were perfectly comfortable. I'd have no qualms about choosing this property again.

Really lovely home. If you're sensitive to road noise (we are) just sleep in the bedroom facing the back yard, it was just as comfy as the master. The kitchen is perfect, the back yard is gorgeous to watch sunsets from.
