Enjoyed!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The bedroom was huge to our surprise. The pool was beautiful. Beautiful view from our balcony of the sprouting water in the pond. The surrounding grounds were well taken care of as well. It was our first time at Sea Pines and we were very impressed. Very easy access to condo/management. My only concern was it has a deep tub which you had to climb over to use the shower. Would be difficult to use for anyone who is not extremely mobile. We did see a gator by the pond several times but if you stay a safe distance they will not bother you...

Rebooked it for a reason

Love this unit and location. Only complaint last time was that cleaning staff arrived before 10am check out. Did not happen this time so glad you listened :).

Great weekend getaway!

Great time at Sea Pines

The condo was exactly as shown in the photos -- well-lighted, airy, nicely furnished, with easy access to tennis and a short walk to bicycle rental. The covered deck was enjoyable throughout the day with a nice view of the lagoon. We would stay here again.

Excellent place!

Quiet & Relaxing

Condo was quiet and comfortable, at end of small cul-de-sac. Enjoyed riding bikes to Harbor Town shops (nice family environment). Condo furnished all needed appliances, utensils, linens. Large bathtub, rather high side to climb over/into. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and to book again. Thank you!

Great location in Sea Pines!!!

We loved our stay on Lighthouse Drive! Easy walk to Sea Pines Shops and Trolley stop. Great community pool, clean and very close. Property was the perfect size for us, and the neighbors were all very friendly. The host is super-responsive and we will absolutely stay again.

Perfect place to stay

My husband and I had the most relaxing time over Memorial Day weekend. Sandy was very helpful and her place is cute as a button. We had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Condo!

Our visit was wonderful! So nice to get away and relax! We got to see turtles, an osprey, egret, heron, and even an alligator right from our patio! Lovely condo!

Derby Weekend

We loved this condo. The location was great and the grounds of the property were beautifully kept. The pool was large and really nice. The condo was well maintained and bright with a well appointed kitchen. We will definitely stay here on our next trip. Great place!!!

Overall good stay

Pros: The place was tidy and clean and it had plenty of storage. It was easy to check in and out and the location was perfect for our needs. Cons: Only complaints we had are the sparse consumables (would have been nice to have shampoo/conditioner and more than 2 rolls of toilet paper), the poor picture quality of the living room tv (to be fair - we only used the tv because it rained for 3 days), not so secure locks on the sliding glass doors, and lack of door peep hole (our doorbell wash pushed multiple times at odd hours).

Nice unit great location

The over all unit was nice. The location was great quick walk to shops and restaurants and an 8 min bike ride to the beach. Unit itself was nice could use some light maintenance fixes

Great experience overall but checkout time of 10am is too early - especially for a 1-bedroom - and we found it rude that the cleaning staff rung the doorbell at 9:30. Given that there is a simple process in place to let you know when we’ve departed,

Beautiful!

We had a great experience in Sea Pines. The condo is very well kept and is exactly as shown in the photos. The location is perfect, secluded, yet just around the corner from Harbour Town and a couple of miles from all the action at Salty Dog. The grounds and pool are beautifully maintained! Sandy, the owner, is a gem to work with. We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return one day.

Perfect one Bedroom

Sandy’s villa was perfectly appointed near Sea Pines Shops and we enjoyed the eateries there-and being able to walk there-Truffles, Low Country Produce and Hazel and Deans-bed was super comfy and property was quiet, freshly painted and super clean. Sandy was welcoming and responsive! Thank You!

Good property. Only negative: guest above smoked on his deck. Nothing could be done about that. We thought this was a no smoking environment.

Sea Pines Villa

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. We used Sandy’s bikes and had fun going to South beach and the many bike paths in Sea Pines. Sandy was responsive when we had an issue with the electronic door key - a physical key was delivered within the hour. I like when places supply you with a generous amount of the basics paper towels, detergent, hand soap, olive oil etc.
