We have Central Air and heat System in our condo, not every condo in this complex does. Most just have a wall air unit in the living room. The Seaside Villa complex is located oceanfront, the beach is just out the door. You can sit on the deck and enjoy beautiful Ocean vistas.
Located between Holiday Inn and the back entrance to Sea Pines, this complex is in the Hilton Head South Forest Beach area. This gated beachfront complex is one of Hilton Head Island's most convenient. From Pope Avenue to Coligny Circle the first right is South Forest Beach Drive. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, a water slide, miles and miles of bike paths, family recreation, and shopping galore.
Days at the Beach
There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. This complex has elevators, and is comprised of one bed room ocean view and ocean front units which have some of the Hilton Heads best beach views. For guest enjoyment the complex has two private swimming pools, picnic and grill area, also oceanfront sun deck.

We just returned from our stay at this place. It was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the ocean from the patio. We spent quite a bit of time sitting out there just enjoying the view. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean. We will definitely keep this one in mind when we plan our next vacation to HHI

Enjoyed our stay here. Overall very clean. Had an issue with lock during our stay and host was available and communication was fast. The patio area was our favorite part. Furniture was very comfy (even fell asleep out there a few times). Bathroom layout was very functional, offered lots of space and by far the best layout we've seen. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We’ve stayed at Seaside Villas several times, all in beachfront condos. All were excellent, this one included. Easy and quick access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and to Sea Pines. Great amenities, very comfortable accommodation. Would love to stay here again in the future.

The view was excellent. The air conditioning unit on the balcony should be noted somewhere. Wasn't terrible but it did take up a big chunk of the balcony space and was annoying when it would kick on. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Ideal location for Hilton Head
Everything was exactly as described, clean, great location and beautiful views. Denise was a great communicator and gave helpful tips. We will definitely stay here again.

Condo and view were great. My family and I loved it. Very convenient location as well. Can’t wait to return. We would’ve stayed longer if we were able to.

Our beach view was phenomenal! Our condo was everything the site promised… clean, great view and very comfortable bed and furniture. Everything was in working order absolutely no complaints.. easy to get to grocery stores and restaurants

Great view and location
Was not disappointed. Great location to walk to restaurants and shopping. Best part was sitting on the balcony having an ocean view, even seeing the bunnies and deer!

Clean and beautiful villa with gorgeous ocean view. Bed, couch, and chairs are very comfortable. Excellent shower. Best porch furniture in Seaside Villas. Host is excellent!!!

The owner was very prompt in answering inquiries and even permitted us to rearrange our schedule a bit due to a family emergency. This condo was designed and decorated much nicer than other properties we stayed at in the past at Seaside Villas.

We loved the balcony right on the ocean. The beach access was close and the pool was great. The shower was beautiful.

Enjoy beautiful vista views while relaxing with a good book.Just steps away from the sand and ocean waves or just sit back and watch from the comfort of your balcony.Most days you can see dolphins jumping in the wake as the pelicans fly overhead.
