At first impression, sketchy area. Lock jam sketchy on room entrance. Every thing else was clean and well kept. Just there to shower and sleep. Thanks Anthony.

Home is located close to many attractions in the area. Day trips are easily accessible. My partner and I felt safe with the double security set up to get into the building. The washer and driers weren’t properly working in our stay but either then that the home is lovely, cozy, super well kept, clean and has all the things you need for your trip (ie. Kitchen supplies, extra blankets, amazing surround sound system: perfect for movies). Will definitely becoming back next year)

Lousy part of town

Clean enough but the property could be taken care of better. Host left no kitchen towels, washing machine was not working and the laundry room was not cleaned. Property is in a tough part of town

Dodgy area

The unit was as described, but the area felt a little unsafe. Lots of nice gadgets in the place, but needs some maintenance. Plastic over one window and a hole in the bedroom wall.

Comfy bed, new carpet, space age toilet

Lots of stuff in walking distance of the apartment. Kind of a rigamaroll to get in, but the apartment has brand new carpet and a comfy bed. But let me tell you about this bidet toilet… it not only gives ya a good washy washy but also a light breeze to air dry. I have never seen that before. Very nice. I totally want one for my house.

Quiet and clean place for your stay in AK

Great spot in a diverse working class neighborhood. It makes for a great base camp for your Alaskan vacation. Not a lot of local amenities within walking distance, having a car is highly recommended. Anthony was a great host and we’re glad we chose to stay at his spot.
