Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located in Midtown is in the heart of Anchorage. It is just 10 minutes from the Airport and Downtown. 35 miles to Girdwood skiing!! This location lends to quick and easy access to the Seward Hwy which traces the Turnagain Arm, and is listed as one of the most scenic drives in the world. There are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping options within walking distance. You can also take advantage of the walking and biking trails along Campbell Creek just 500 yards from the property. Alaska is known as the great outdoors. So, get out there!! Let this be your home base for exploring Anchorage and beyond while in The Last Frontier. We wish you a great adventure.

Comfortable stay

It's not fancy, but has everything you need, including shampoo and conditioner. Having 2 bathrooms was great. It would be nice to have a later check-out (11), but the owner was gracious when I ran over. No regrets staying here.

This property was in a midtown neighborhood location. Very convenient to all hikes. A quick 5 min uber ride into town. Perfect for us. Everything was great.

Nice location

This was a good spot. Yeah, you are going to hear planes from time to time, but it's no big deal. The place was clean. I had everything I needed. Good location for everything I needed to do. You're right around the corner from Cynosure brewing, and there's often a food truck there as well. Easy to communicate back and forth with the owner. I was really happy when they let me check in early after a no sleep redeye the night before. Wifi worked great. Nice little spot.

Location Location Location

Great spot. Super convenient to anything in or around Anchorage. Great layout with 2beds and 2 baths washer and dryer were really handy. The kitchen saved us $100s in regard to eating on the economy. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

The Perfect Home Away From Home

My husband and I stayed in this condo for two weeks in February while we took a class in Anchorage, and we loved everything about it. The complex is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and it is within easy driving distance of a mall, several restaurants, and the movie theater. The condo itself is comfortably furnished with everything you need, including three TVs, and it is bright and cheery. The owners, Jeff and Jenny are great to deal with and quickly responded to every question we asked. Whether you are visiting Anchorage for business or pleasure, I highly recommend this lovely condo.

Nice Condo Unit

This unit is a three story walk up, that is located between two airports. These points were not mentioned or I must have missed them when deciding on this unit. In summer with planes taking off and landing all night and windows open to cool the unit it wasn't ideal. Otherwise the condo was okay. There were many stains on the carpet. The carpet looked like it had been shampooed and probably needs to be replaced. We were happy to see coffee beans and creamer for our morning coffee.

“Perfect Storm”

Our impression of the property was negatively affected by some circumstances outside of the owner’s control e.g. record heat spell, unhealthy smoke conditions, air planes taking off and flying directly over the property. Overall the property met our needs, however, one of the bathroom fan didn’t work, the dishwasher leaked and the WiFi signal was weak to nonexistent. The owners were helpful and friendly.

Convenient location

This apartment was comfortable and clean. Provided all the amenities. Black out curtains are needed in both bedrooms, being from the Midwest, the midnight sun is a huge adjustment. Nearby airplane traffic was loud at times.

Toaster did not work, bathroom fan did not work, TV cable only and not set up correctly did not know what shows were on what channel reset the cable box and that didn’t help carpet needs to be shampooed, Wi-Fi cut off early

Jeff and Jenny's place was clean and perfectly located for our stay in Anchorage.

We enjoyed our stay in Anchorage. Their place was easy to find and the location was great! The kitchen was well stocked with the appropriate amenities. Our only suggestion, being travelers from Chicago would be room darkening shades in the bedrooms.

Great property; would stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding; found this property to be very conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go and close to our family's home. Right around the corner from a great coffee shop and Fred Meyer grocer, both within walking distance (BTW, if you use your debit card there, you can get cash back without having to pay fees when using ATMS). The condo was clean and well maintained. No issues with anything! Spacious with plenty of extra towels/linens if we needed them. Loved having the washer/dryer; they were so convenient with all the hiking/fishing we did (next time I won't pack nearly as much). The kitchen was well equipped. We didn't use much besides the coffee maker, toaster, microwave and fridge (dishes and glasses), it was great to have everything available in case they were needed. We found extra items we were able to use such as dish soap, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags and even coffee filters. The bathrooms even had extra shampoo, bodywash and toothpaste (unopened). We brought our own so didn't need to use them, but nice to have in case anything was forgotten. We actually called the owner once to inquire staying an extra night. Although it wasn't available, he was very pleasant to talk to and answered his phone (loved that we had that available if needed) right away. Would definitely stay here again; great price for what we got. Not high end but definitely clean and nice quality. The only downside to this rental is that it is on the 3rd floor so may be difficult for anyone older/handicapped to access. Lastly, may I add, we absolutely loved the mattress in the master bedroom (even took a picture of the tag to buy one for a replacement we need at home)! Thanks guys for a great stay!

This property is central to it all! Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown and the airport. Walking distance to the Campbell Creek trail system and numerous restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. I used to live at the property and I truly miss all the convenience that this location has to offer. That said this feels like a home and a great quiet place to unwind after a busy day of exploring.
