This is a cozy home that’s ideal for a family of three. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essential amenities, and everything else was in good condition.The only issue we encountered was that the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed, so we had to use the trash bin to keep it shut.Overall, we had a good stay

The floors were so filthy that my socks turned black.The bathroom door wouldn’t even close.The concrete steps leading up into the property are a tripping hazard.The neighborhood is terrible.

This was a great location for my needs. And while the space may seem small square footage wise, it is laid out nicely. Kitchen is open and feels roomy, bathroom and living room, too. Comfortable bed in its own space behind french doors if you want to close them during awake time.Location is the key here. Quiet area, yet just a block or so off Bragaw and close to the Glenn Hwy. Costco and several restaurants nearby. Check-in/out was a breeze, too. Depending on where my work is for stops in Anchorage, this place would always be a favorite. Loved it!

We found everything we needed. No complains.... It was Clean and easy to find. We parked in Front of the house..easy.

A nice clean, cozy place to stay. The bed was a double, which is hard to get used to after using a queen ( we love each other, but not that much!). The in-room washer/dryer is a nice touch.

The actual unit is nice. Has been remodeled for sure. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Interesting area that the property is located in but does not feel unsafe. Was very quiet for a Friday nite when we arrived. Would stay again

There was a horrible stench in the room that would not go away. Opening all windows and spraying did not help. Couldn't sleep mostly.

On street parking and first glance is shady neighborhood. But the stay was nice and clean. Only stayed 1 night.

The room was specious. The erea was quiet everything was clean and it had everything we needed. The only thing that can be improve is the mattress. everything else was great.

Perfect for a few days , Russian jack Area

Our stay was good for what we needed. Washer/dryer combo made it so we left without any dirty laundry. We didn’t cook any meals but the amenities are available for those that need them. Bed was “soft” so not the best for those who need firm. Overall this rental was good for what we needed for a few days. Close to local stores, fast food, Walmart and some cool road trips. Will stay here again if we come to the area.

Honestly, the place was just pretty run down and it doesn’t look like the owners put enough into it. It was in a sketchy neighborhood and everything was just old and beat up. The couch was literally falling apart. I read through the reviews and it seems that everything we had trouble with people have had trouble with the past so it doesn’t seem like there’s much upkeep. The laminate floor was sticky, and the rug looked very dirty. I would also suggest blackout curtains and removal of the used toothbrushes in the bathroom.

The exterior of the property needs some upkeep and the surrounding area appears run down. Once inside everything is brightly painted and well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and it was nice to have the kitchenette available. I wish it had a toaster, hair dryer and wash clothes. The mattress is not great and I’m not a fan of not having some sort of dining table but we made things work and found the location to be centrally located to many of the activities and sites we wanted to visit.

Bring socks you can put in the bin

I don't like giving negative reviews and overall the stay was manageable. There is a bus station pretty much right out the door which is convenient if you are doing a few things downtown before renting a car.The neighbourhood itself is quite run down.As for the property, the front gate is broken.When I arrived, no bin bags where in the bins and the first ones I found were all broken.Worst for me was the cleanliness of the living room though. The rug is the worst thing I have seen to date and since it is not easy to walk around, this spreads through the property.The bathroom sink was not draining properly and in the coffeemachine there was still leftovers from the previous person.You can sleep well and the bedding felt clean as did the towels.

The property was clean and very well supplied with all the amenities. Bed very comfortable, but couch was a little uncomfortable for sleeping. We enjoyed the stay. The WIFI and internet was not working in the mornings, but came in later just fine. I would definitely stay here again. Price was reasonable.
