Rob was a great host. The house was beautiful and clean. Close to downtown, Ruth Hardy Park, and so much more. Highly recommend this place.

Great house; comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces

This is a first class Palm Springs home close to downtown and on a quiet street. The neighborhood is great for walking and close to Ruth Hardy Park. The owner and local team are knowledgeable and responsive.

C & T in Palm Springs 2023

Everything about this property is a solid 5+ (in another era I would have said it’s a 10). The host was cordial, easy to deal with, flexible and sincerely interested in making our stay a wonderful experience. Checkin was easy & informative; written information and instructions were thorough and easy to understand; the house is comfortable, well-equipped and very private; the neighborhood offers all the amenities one could desire, is close to Downtown Palm Springs and is beautiful and very quiet. We want to book again for next year!!

Best Place Ever!

We had the most amazing vacation! This home is even better than advertised, it is spectacular!! It is well appointed with everything you want…and even more. Rob’s communication was outstanding, it was like we have been friends for many years. Rob made our stay even more memorable with a special delivery of pool floaties on our daughter’s birthday! Not that we really needed anything during our stay but the local host, Mac, was available and responsive. We have stayed in Palm Springs multiple times and this house, without question, provided us with the best experience we have ever had. If you are looking for a fabulous home with a fabulous yard/pool area, look no further, this is the house for you. We will book this beautiful home every time we come back to Palm Springs! Thank you for an outstanding vacation.

Fabulous Fun Family Home with Huge Spa

Newly remodeled, very comfortable nicely furnished home. Amazing pool yard with heated pool and huge spa! Squeaky clean new kitchen and baths. Well stocked kitchen, super comfortable mattresses. Our family had a blast playing the Giant Jenga and pong. Excellent location - very quiet yet close to downtown Palm Springs. Excellent communication with owner and local host who met us upon check in. Highly recommend!
